Beautiful 2 Bed Modern Apartment in Fantastic Exclusive Location
This is a complex of only 11 apartments, located in Gale – central Algarve. Comprising of three blocks each having two floors. Our apartment is ground floor with a fantastic view of the pool.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped around a large private pool, with plenty of parking as well as secure underground parking also being available.
The complex is secured by electric access gates with videophone entry.
The advantage of such a small private complex is privacy and no overcrowding (you will often have the pool to yourselves)
The front door is approached by a small staircase.
All guests are met & shown around apartment in a meet & greet.
Arrivals are from 4pm & departure by 10am (Check outs are flexible depending on bookings after please ask at meet & greet if later check out is possible should you require. Lots of room to store luggage in secure garage or complex luggage / shower room if required )

& a fantastic Indian restaurant Mr Singh also opposite.
The fantastic Sandy beach is less than 10 minutes walk away- with Local supermarket Apolonia also just 10 minutes walk away.
Children friendly bar (Bar Fusion) just 5 minutes walk away with games to keep the children entertained.
Nintendo Wii also in apartment with circa 20 games to keep kids (& Dads) entertained.
Unlimited cable wifi with 15mb download speed provided.
Internet TV with all uk channels.
DVD player with lots of DVD's provided.
Lots of local award winning restaurants within walking distance including fantastic ones on the beach where you can eat while watching the sunset.
We are also close to Salgados golf course. This apartment is strictly no smoking inside and for your safety is fitted with two smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide sensors / alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
The large heated pool is surrounded by well kept grounds & as all of the Apartments are privately owned it is always quiet in fact most of the time you will have pool area to yourself.
There is air conditioning in both bedrooms & lounge area which also provides the heating out of season if required.
For long term discounted stays (over one month) out of season guest would be required to pay for electricity used.
I also offer £50 per week discounts in peak times for returning guests.

We have been coming to this area for 10 years since we discovered it and fell in love with it. We are now lucky enough to own this fantastic apartment from Sept 2015 that will become our retirement home in the future.

The Apartment is very modern with everything that you will need for a perfect holiday. I have equipped this Apartment as a home from home rather than a Holiday Apartment as this is what it is to me so it is far better equipped than your standard holiday apartments. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave as well as all usual items toaster kettle fridge freezer etc. The pool is large & as the complex is small & all apartments are privately owned you will often be the only people there it is never busy. There is a BBQ built into the balcony overlooking the pool. The two couches in the lounge are also pull out double beds if required.

Superbly managed small complex meaning peace & quiet guaranteed with fantastic views of the pool & gardens from the balcony. Close to the beach & easy reach of Albufeira yet total tranquility. 10 minutes from the fabulous Zoomarine where you can watch the shows or swim with dolphins. The apartment is clean, tidy and well equipped and is in the most perfect location. Eating out was easy, several restaurants just a short walk away. The heated pool is just the icing on the cake. It was our second visit and we hope to be back again next year. Thank you.

Lovely Apartment and convenient location
Beautiful, beautiful apartment and overlooking the pool. 2 minutes walk to a coffee shop where they make beautiful coffee, cakes and food - all fresh. Handy for the beech. All round great location if you want to stay in Gale which is a relaxed and peaceful resort yet still plenty places to walk to eat, drink and beech.
Really pleased you enjoyed your stay it's a fantastic location.

Would definitely return here but would not use the transfer service provided by the property caretaker which didn't work for us at all. That aside, it was a great holiday in a lovely apartment with good facilities and a nice pool.

Well equipped apartment, really warm pool, often empty
We had a great week in this apartment, it's a really good location with restaurants and a smaller supermarket in walking distance. Gale beach is amazing, and a slighter further walk but fine for adults and older children. The pool is beautiful, really clean, very warm even first thing in the morning and we often had it to ourselves. The apartment is well stocked. We had a couple of minor problems but Howard was incredibly good at telling us what was going on and he worked very hard to ensure they got fixed as quickly as possible, and you can't foresee some things happening. Really don't think you'll find a better managed property.

We have just come back from a week at this lovely apartment. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The heated pool was excellent and we all spent hours in it. It was so quiet there that we had the pool to ourselves everytime we went in it despite it being May half term. I would highly recommend this apartment. We have already started talking about going back next year.

Location & Attractions
Galé Gardens is situated on the beautiful Algarve coastline. The area of Galé is a 10-minute drive west of Albufeira and approximately 30 minutes drive from Faro airport.
Once here, you are just a 5-10 minute walk (or 1-minute drive) to a choice of well-equipped golden beaches such as Galé, Castelo and Lorenços. They are gorgeous, friendly and safe, and offer miles of soft sand, rugged coves and excellent restaurants.
Food & Drink – Walking
The apartment is within walking distance of some superb local restaurants. Directly opposite the apartment is the Ti-Manel restaurant & grill, to which people travel from miles around to enjoy its fresh seafood.
A couple of hundred yards right from the apartment there’s a great Pastaleria, and it’s just 10 minutes walk to Galé Beach and three more super restaurants (Pedras, O’ Galeo and Praia de Galé). All serve a varied menu with great fresh fish of the day, meats, snacks, salads and drinks. All are very reasonably priced and open throughout the day and evening to provide for any palate.
Turning left out of the apartment entrance, and it’s a 5-10 minutes walk down the road to a further choice of venues. There’s a lovely café snack-style place Almeixar, partnered with and adjacent to the always excellent São Domingos. The Boca Doce (meaning sweet tooth) cafe is great for snacks and sweets, and just past this the fantastic Girassol (sunflower) restaurant and grill, where the chicken and prawn kebabs are legendary! Past this is the Arcadian ‘Beer Garden’, a super-friendly spot to enjoy a drink sitting outside and offering great bar food and snacks. In between, there are cocktail bars and sports bars and another great new Pastaleria for 2017.
You’re also within two minute’s drive of the smart new Apolonia supermarket (like a UK Waitrose) and a good-sized Oceana supermarket is just 5- minute’s drive in the other direction. Both local supermarkets can provide for all your essentials and luxuries, with great patisserie, bakery, deli and fresh meat & fish counters.
Food & Drink – By Car
Just a few minutes by car adds a further selection of great local eateries. There’s the Port o Sol, O Amigos, Jompras, the Ponté Grande, Margem Sul, Olivieras, Prima Pasta and many others.
It’s a ten minutes drive to Algoz and the Restaurante O’ Joao, where basically every dish is fabulous and very reasonably priced. A favourite of the locals (always a good sign!) and friendly and welcoming to tourists.
Try the Portuguese steak, ribs, chicken piri or steak on the stone, or any fish – you just cannot go wrong here. A short drive gives you such a variety of superb places to eat and drink, we simply couldn’t list them all.
The next small town of Guia is famous for its food, boasting more than thirty-five different restaurants and eateries. Guia is also the official home of Chicken Piri-Piri, so you won’t find a finer selection of this dish anywhere in the Algarve. On almost every main road in Guia you’ll find a place to eat & drink – each offering friendly Portuguese hospitality, super food and great value for money.
Albufeira is around 15 minutes by car and is the bustling, more lively resort that has earned the title of unofficial tourist capital of the Algarve. In the wonderful Old Town (totally remodelled in 2010), you’ll find just about anything you want. There are cobbled streets branching from a main pedestrianised square surrounded by shops, restaurants & bars galore (with live music in several bars). It’s a great place to eat, drink and be merry whilst soaking up the sun and atmosphere in the daytime or evening. There’s also a beautiful new Marina and a long, sandy beach.
About a 20-30 minute drive away, at the northern end of Albufeira, is The Strip. This is home to the more vibrant (tacky!) and colourful ‘touristy’ night-life, complete with lots of plinking neon, street touts, loud music, jostling music bars and a generally younger scene that kicks off later in the evening. Please note, our apartment is not a good location if this is your type of thing and getting back from The Strip after midnight can be very difficult and expensive.
Things to do nearby
Between 5 and 30 minutes drive, there’s something for everyone. In addition to truly superb beaches, you can also spend a day at Zoo Marine, play Salgados Golf Course and visit the area’s largest Aqua Park. Locally there is the impressive Algarve Shopping Centre, where there are more than 100 shops and food outlets of all types, a HyperMarket, Nike Factory Store, English-Speaking Cinema and Ten Pin Bowling.
There’s Silves, Guia, Algoz and of course Sir Cliff’s vineyard all within an easy drive and splendid scenery everywhere you look. Add the Live Music, Bars and Restaurants galore in the gorgeous Old Town and a whole host of fantastic beaches with restaurants and bars, you have something for everyone
