Lovely property in super area.
We had a four night stay here. The property was very clean and attractive inside and out.
Our host supplied cake and other farm products and was able to give recommendations on what to do and where to eat. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time in fantastic weather.
Excellent accommodation,Tracey made us all feel extremely welcome especially our 11 year old grandau
Comfortable warm and welcoming.Alice our granddaughter really enjoyed being on the farm and seeing the lambs being born.Tracey made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful.
Warm and Friendly
The property was easy to find and the welcome very friendly, with a welcome basket which included a freshly baked (and still warm) cake. Cottage was well equipped and comfortable, with a pleasant walk to the local friendless church. Lots of wildlife and good walks. The location was ideal with dark skies for star gazing, with views of the Milky Way. Easy access to Abergavenny with its myriad of shops including a lovely fabric shop and an artisan chocolate shop. Lots of local historic attractions like Raglan Castle and three castle trail. Easy and quick access to Cardiff and the East Park and Ride scheme is great value for money. Still more to do on our next visit.
We stayed over Christmas and new year...it was a lovely serene area, a lovely family who kept us informed about our stay... a lovely place equals a lovely time...thanks Tracey & family we will definitely stay again..
Kind regards Sharon Andey & Stephanie
Lovely cottage in an idyllic location. Located on a working farm with another holiday cottage alongside it. The owners were very hospitable and offered great advice on the area. If it had a washing machine and a better fridge and I would give it 5 stars
Thank you for your kind review. The cottage has an adjacent laundry /drying room available to guests. The fridge is integrated with a chiller cabinet however if more freezer space is required we can make an extra freezer available for storage.
