This charming property is located within a well maintained community situated within walking distance to the beach and within a 5 minutes drive to the sea side town of Sabinillas. As you enter through the main door you find a private patio with BBQ and garden furniture. On the first floor one bedroom enjoying a spacious sunny terrace with spectacular sea view and its own en-suite. The lower level comprises of a spacious tastefully furnished lounge seating area with working fireplace, serviced by a separate fully equipped modern kitchen including: espresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, orange juice maker, crockery .... A private sunny terrace which enjoys copious amounts of sunshine due to the property's southerly orientation make for great entertaining. The community enjoys well maintained private mature gardens as well as a large community pool (children friendly). This property would make an ideal summer destination for quality living in a residential area for those seeking a family home in the sun in a great location.
Malaga is a historic and vibrant province, with an outstanding selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping to suit all tastes, with Malaga city being only one hour’s drive away. Slightly further afield is the charming town of Tarifa, famous for its wind-surfing and kite-surfing, while Seville, Cadiz and Granada can all be reached in under three hours.

I came on holiday to the costa del sol and I fall in love with the region. I Stayed here for 2 years met my husband and we now have a beautiful baby daughter. We live in our house most of the year but due to my husband's work we have to go away to the coast of Cadiz at times. So this is why we decided to let other people enjoy our home. Well situated, Guests can enjoy water sports at the nearby harbours of Puerto deportivo de Estepona and Puerto Sotogrande or head to the exclusive Puerto Banus in Marbella for some fine dining and upmarket nightlife. Just 14 kilometres away is Casares, one of the most beautiful of Andalucia’s famous white villages. Casares has retained its enchanting atmosphere and historical feel, and with its many churches, an Arab fortress and plenty of beautiful architecture, it should be at the top of every visitor’s “must-see” list.
