About Alexandra

Splitting our time between Brooklyn, New York, and Provincetown is a gift! Our family rented "Emmy" as we affectionately call her two years in a row. As a joke, my partner asked the sellers if they would sell it to us -- And they did! We celebrate holidays and special occasions in our home. When you're not staying in our home we are - Every chance we get!

Alexandra purchased this house in 2011

Heaven in Provincetown

  • 5 of 5

This home is by far my favorite place to stay in Provincetown and we've been vacationing there for 15 years. The house has great energy, light and it's situated in a great part of town. The owners have thought of everything. We only needed our toothbrush and groceries!

Tranquility

  • 5 of 5

We have been visiting PTown for close to a decade and always stay here. The first time I entered the home a feeling of tranquility ran through me and I knew we found our go to vacation/escape. The charming home is very comfortable, well appointed and conducive to total relaxation. Coming from the City accessibility and comfort is a must even when on vacation and this home is well placed for walking to everything you could need.

The owners are warm, welcoming and go out of their way to be accomodating. They provide everything you need. We only pack clothes and a quick trip to the market and we are set for the week. Every morning begins with a walk down the street to the cafe for coffee and fresh baked muffin to take to the beach around the corner. Couldn't ask for anything more.

charming, great location, and well-maintained

  • 5 of 5

This is the most charming home I've ever stayed in. There's so much to recommend! The owners are extremely helpful and responsive and they take pride in creating and maintaining the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day exploring Provincetown. It's located in the sweet spot - far enough away from the center of town to be quiet and relaxing but close enough that you can get anywhere you need to by walking or biking. I personally like to cook on vacation and not just go to restaurants and the kitchen here is great for cooking, plus the gas grill in the yard is perfect for cooking fresh fish. The bedrooms are clean and well-sized and the living spaces all have a lot of character. The private deck off the master bedroom is an oasis and a fave spot for reading or happy hour cocktails. Highest rating!

Adorable and comfortable home to share wi/friends

  • 5 of 5

Clean and comfortable. Lots of places to be together or get some space. Easy and wonderful walk to all of the action. This is an important home away from home for us.

Charming house with excellent location!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed there for family week and were pleased to find that the house was conveniently located near to Commercial , the bay beach, Wired Puppy and other points of interest. The house is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. It preserves the quirky P-town colonial charm, while providing all the comforts that one expects from a vacation house. We will look forward to renting again next year!

Car: not necessary

Provincetown is a thriving vacation spot at the tip of Cape Cod. Accessible by car, plane and Fast Ferry, Provincetown hosts dozens of art galleries, night clubs, and restaurants. Come kayak in the bay, lounge on the beach, bike through the dunes, shop, eat, sleep and be merry. Commercial Street runs through the heart of downtown Provincetown. This property is one block off of Commercial Street and a bay side beach. Bike rentals available nearby, as well as fitness clubs, grocery stores, whale watching, pretty much anything you'd want from a beach side community. Just far away from the bustle to enjoy a relaxing day on the deck with a good book, but a block from galleries, restaurants and the hustle that is Provincetown.
