About this property

This is a house with a 1-1 apartment. I live within zilker on a quiet street.

This property needs a little bit of work but you do have;

kitchen counter with some basics, like toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker

You do not have
Hot water (I'm getting this work done and if you're looking at the 2nd weekend of ACL, I should have it)

I live on a quiet street and this is a great place for you to crash after a long day and cool off with a luke warm shower (it's 100 degrees here- the water isn't actually cold from the faucet till December).
I have towels and sheets.
I live on the attached wall so please be respectful of noise.
No parties, no extra guests. and no smoking on the site of the property.
