Great relaxing weekend spot
Very much enjoyed our stay- Bill was helpful at all times and the condo was in great shape. Very close to the beach and lots of space, we hope to stay again!
Great location at a beautiful beach!
This condo had everything we needed for a great get-away at a private beach. It was clean and well decorated. The beds were quite comfortable as was the couch. While many of the features were updated, a few showed its age, like a few corners with cracked plaster and the screen door of the balcony. The walk to the beach may be bit long for anyone who has trouble walking, but it was beautiful to us as half of it is a path through tall, mature beach grasses and shrubbery. Our host was quick to answer the few questions that we had, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location, but desperate need for updates
Great location. Very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach (5 min). Quiet part of town, really enjoyable.
The inside of the condo is in need of updating. The pull out sofa is unusable for adults or children - just a really old mattress that has no more cushion.
Speaking of cushion, some of the chairs are so old that they no longer support the weight of a child, let along an adult and you just sink.
Many of the blinds are broken, so it will let in light in the early morning. Lots of the sheets, covers are old an need to be updated.
The hallway reeks of smoke. Nothing to blame the owner for, but let's you know the type of condition.
With all that said, the owner was kind and listening to our feedback. Hopefully, he makes some changes.
Thank you for your feedback, I am always looking for ways to make my guests more comfortable. In fact, I have already addressed the issue with the sofa bed and installed a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper which makes it much more comfortable. Not sure which chairs you are referring to in your review. Other than the dining room chairs, there is only one wicker chair in the living room, and it is not old. Will be addressing the blinds and sheets as well.
The location was ideal - just off the beach
Cozy, nice setting, quiet, description needs a little update.
Quiet setting, beautiful walk to the quiet Beach, 5 minute drive with easy access in and out of Atlantic city. Cozy condo with plenty of room for our family of 5. Bummed out that the game room was removed, but we found arcades on the boardwalk for the kids. We had a really good time and had a comfortable stay.
