Hi thanks for renting out your place--we loved the condo.
Hopefully we'll have occasion to stay sometime again.
Condo was very affordable and loved that it was only steps aways from the beach. Thank you for hosting us!
Unit was clean and met expectations. The only reason not 5 stars was the heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The unit itself is fine. Thanks for the stay!
Great stay in a nice condo close to the beach and other amenities. The owner was helpful and understanding as any issues or questions came up. Would stay there again.
The location was very easy to find . Bill's unit is very comfy . The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use . The built in laundry is nice. The main living room is spacious and very comfortable as is the master bedroom .All and all the unit is very comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone . The personell at all areas of the property were very friendly and courteous. The pool area was clean and spacious . All in all it was a very nice, relaxing trip and I am looking forward to returning next year.
We enjoyed our stay at Bill's property. It was very clean and inviting. We happened to be there on two beautiful days to visit the beach which was the icing on the cake! It our first trip to Brigantine Beach and because it was early in the season, we had a very empty beach to enjoy. We enjoyed the location of this condo and the easy access to the beach. We would recommend this property to others to enjoy and we would return again.
This house was everything I expected it to be . The location was great and everything we needed was provided although we brought everything we needed with us as it was our first time renting a home and didn't know what we will find . The house was clean and welcoming . Our party of 6 enjoyed the quietness of the house . I wouldn't have given it 5 stars but Bill took a long time to always get back at me and that left me anxious . I am glad we didn't have any emergencies because I don't know what we would have done . But I will definetely book this house again in the future as I now know what to expect .
Thank you for allowing me to rent this place .
