The beautiful farmhouse sleeps 8 with 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite) and 1 twin room. The peaceful bedrooms overlook the vibrant river and gaze upwards to the stunning XX Fell. Kick off your boots in the utility room and you'll step out on to a beautifully heated stone floor, featured throughout the whole bottom floor to keep you toasty. Add to that a luxurious Jacuzzi bath and reposeful window seats and chances are you'll find it hard rather to leave.

Superb manor in pastoral setting in the Yorkshire Dales National Park
We were enthralled with the every aspect of the home, the setting and the surrounding countryside. Situated between a golf course, trout stream and the hill country pastures speckled with sheep this was a home one did not have to leave to find scenery. It was right there. The modern conveniences found in a home that is rooted in the 1300s and the excellent renovations all meet state standards and yet, do not detract from an old world feel. We will be back. Honestly, we dropped our plans to take in the Lake District and realized we were in heaven right where we were. Kudos to all who are responsible for this gem.
Thank you for those kind and poetic words. It is so peaceful there and the countryside is spectacular. We are so glad you appreciated it - it means a lot!
