Luxury new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with excellent sea views over Marina Del Este and Almunecar. Malaga 40 minutes, Granada 70 minutes drive. The beach is a 15 minute walk with numerous restaurants, tapas bars and small shops.

This newly built luxury apartment is located above the Marina del Este on the east side of La Herradura with exceptional views over the Marina del Este and Almunecar. It comprises 2 bedrooms; 1 double with en suite, 1 twin, a large lounge/dining room and a well equipped kitchen with cooker/hob, dishwasher washing machine and a large terrace with ample seating with mountain and sea views. There are two seasonal pools that are free to use by the guests. There is an underground parking space and street parking outside the apartment is also available, with lift access to the apartment. A CD music centre and TV system with DVD are also included. The apartment has air-conditioning/heating and sleeps 4/5 people. There is a bed settee for additional children. A travel cot is provided. No pets are allowed, guests are also requested not to smoke in the apartment.

el anuncio sobre equipación,ubicación, instalaciones etc.son precisas, es mas, el apartamento cuenta con ropa de cama de sobra toallas de baño y hasta de playa (esto no es muy usual) en fin todo, como uno se lo espera encotrar .Rachel, nos recibio de forma correcta y con algo de comida y bebida para un refrigerio de emergencia,por si tu llegada es tardía , todo un detalle que no siempre encuentras, hasta pàn. las vistas al mar son espectaculares y el sitio es muy tranquilo y agradable.coche imprescindible.Ningun reparo en volver.Recomendable
