This condo is located in the heart of Salt Lake City. If you are traveling on business or pleasure, this place is perfect. The only accommodation located above the Gateway Mall, the largest mall in downtown Salt Lake. Also, It is across the street from Vivint arena. If you are here for an event at the arena, there is no better place to stay. The major restaurants in Salt Lake City are located in the mall. Other clubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

This newly furnished Condo is very clean and private. It has a great view from the balcony and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in condo. There is a barbecue area and a workout room in the complex.

I only take booking within two months of travel date.

Clean, well-located condo

The condo was very clean, well-furnished, and very safe. Check-in was simple, and convenient. There was one small issue -- the coffee pot was unuseable and the host quickly fixed the issue by providing a brand new coffee pot!!! A+ service and A+ comfort.

The only reason I gave this condo 4 stars was for the 5a train traffic right out of the windows 3 out of 5 nights that I stayed there. If you wake up early naturally or are a heavy sleeper, this condo would be absolutely perfect.

Awesome place!!!

WOW this place is so awesome! The remodel looks amazing, it's clean, & quiet. It even has a washer & dryer! The location is perfect it's just a short Uber ride to all the hot spots in downtown including great restaurants & bars. I stayed here mid June & just loved it! I plan on coming back again this fall & definitely a lot during the ski season. You can't beat the price especially for having a full kitchen. It's so much better than a hotel. Highly recommended! 😃

This place was clean, convenient and 5 Star!!!

I loved how this place was connected to everything! Gateway, trax, frontrunner and a short walk to downtown. If I lived in SLC I would live here! The landlord was great about suggesting restaurants, bars and other venues. All the kitchen goods where in order and the view was incredible on the balcony... I highly recommend this place I will be back for the next convention!

Accessible, but worse for the wear

We didn't have any problem with noise, but the apartment was definitely worse for the wear. All the furnishings looked pretty beat up and the implication that the accoms slept 4 might be pushing it.

The couches hadn't been cleaned, there was no spare blanket/duvet provided if you needed to split the room and have someone sleep on the couch/daybed.

It was close enough to where we needed to be, but it wasn't particularly clean, no soap or shampoos were provided (hard for international travellers). I would only really recommend this place as a last resort.

Owner's Response: The couch is about 4 months old. However, I am taking the current couch to another unit and am replacing it with a different couch. There is two big blanket/duvet a brown and black. Extra blankets and pillows are provided and the spare blanket is inside the rounded padded foot rest. Yes and I am replacing the carpets this week. I sincerely apologize if your stay was not 5 star.

Comfort and Practicality

I had to stay in Salt Lake for 3 days on business and in the process I absolutely fell in love with the city. I don't usually get to stay in a place this nice on business trips but it was in the price range I was given and sounded great so I said, "why not?" Saying this place was nice is the understatement of the century. It was perfect. The condo was beautiful and is perfectly located in the heart of downtown. Many excellent bars and restaurants nearby as well as the Gateway Mall. The condo was very clean and the owner, Jay, is a great guy who provided me with some great service. I am definitely coming back and staying here again, but this time on vacation!

Far better than a hotel

The building is secure... You need a fob to go just about anywhere. Underground parking was also secure and included with the rental. Walk from the condo hallway right into the mall.... Very convenient. Place was clean but the carpet was pretty stained if that is important to you. Jay was easy to work with and responsive to phone or e-mail. He actually met us upon arrival and gave us the low down. Would definitely stay again. OH, yes there was some noise from the trains so if you are a light sleeper you may be happier with a different place.
