On the beach. Unobstructed views over the sea to Formentera. You couldn't be closer plus use of shared swimming pool. 2 double bedrooms open out onto rear terrace with views to the old church on the hill. Living area with dining table opens out onto sea view terrace has Sat TV receiving BBC1, 2, 3, 4. ITV 1, 2, 3, 4, News Channels. BBC Radio. DVD Player, Radio/CD/Tape player. Kitchen has fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave and is fully equipped. Air conditioned living area and electric radiators. Situated at the end of the Santa Eularia promenade on the edge of town. Listen to the waves breaking on the sands below, watch the sun rise and set from the apartment, watch the yachts coming and going from the harbour or lights from the houses on the hills. Peace and tranquility are the order of the day.

The two double bedrooms are equipped with 2 x 3' (90 cm) single beds that can be joined together. The apartment is on the third floor and there are lifts. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Towels are only for use within the apartment and are changed weekly.

Location of this appartment is great!

Location (40 meters from the beach and the boulevard) is fantastic. Two big bedrooms with quality beds. On the seaside this appartment has a big terrace with a loungeset and two laying beds and of course a lovely seaview.

Inside the appartment; kitchen furniture and bathrooms is outdated.

Excellent, comfortable, central yet not noisy.

This lovely, homely, apartment has everything you need. The big front balcony faces the sea with wonderful views. This felt like home from home. The bedrooms are large and it is good to have two bathrooms. Out of the door and into the sea in two minutes. Very central with many restaurants and bars from two to ten minutes walk. Local couple always a phone call away to sort any problems. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location and views

The property was in an excellent location, close by to shops and some lovely restaurants. There is no need to hire a car as all facilities are within walking distance. Also only a 10 minute stroll along the beach front to catch the ferry to other parts of the island. The apartment is clean and well-equipped and had plenty of room for the 6 of us, with the added bonus of having two outdoor terraces and bathrooms. Beach front views were stunning. The owner was very accommodating with us having a mid-week stay as we were attending a wedding and the cleaner was very friendly and helpful in terms of storing our bags after checking out. The pictures do not do the apartment justice - would definitely recommend this property and location.

Everything it says it is!

We love St Eularia and this was our sixth visit in a row. We are always looking for appartments close to this side of the town and fell upon a beauty when we booked this one. It is everything it says it is. We had our two daughters plus their friends staying for part of the holiday and never once felt that we were falling over each other. Having two bathrooms is definately an advantage. The kitchen facilities are great but with the exception of the fridge we didn't take advantage; there are so many great restaurants in the town to choose from, why cook!

We will definately stay here again.

Owner's Response: It's true! Ibiza and Santa Eularia kinda get under your skin. We can understand six visits in a row. The beauty of this location is that this a front line apartment close to the beach, minutes walk from everything but at the quiet end of the Paseo Maritimo (Promenade)

Excellent location Apartment It is on the seafront and there is a good supermarket Eroski up the road . The property was well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this spacious well equipped apartment to anyone looking to stay in the family based resort of Santa Eulalia. Would definitely look to book here again.

Spacious apartment in great location

This apartment is very spacious and is in a great location next to the promenade and beach.

Lovely balcony to sunbathe and dine. Walking distance to everything you need (shops, restaurants, beach, marina, bus station etc). Very quiet.

Owner's Response: The civic pride in Santa Eularia means that every year there is something new added. The recently refubished Las Ramblas running 400 metres from the town hall down to the fabulous beach with its floodlit waterways and illuminated fountains. Karen says it all when she says everything is to hand

Santa Eularia is a town with character. Choose from over 100 restaurants including the famous street of restaurants. Choose from Spanish. Italian, French, Chinese, Thai and more. The yacht marina has more bars and restaurants. The beach is one of the finest in the Mediterranean. The sand is cleaned every evening May - Sep. Water Sports abound. Rent a sail boat or motor boat. A scuba diving school, water skiing, para gliding, jet skiing plus boat trips along the coast make for a perfect seaside holiday. There is a good test of golf at the Rocca Lissa course just 5 min drive away or horse riding at Cala Llonga 10 min drive.
