Perdido Grande Condominium is located on Terry Cove with a beautiful view of Perdido Pass.

Large 2000 sq ft condo professionally decorated throughout, the King master suite has its own balcony access, TV/DVD. Queen size suite, TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV/DVD. Playstation 2, you bring the games. Huge kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, ice maker in the wet bar.

My unit comes with its own boat slip included in the rental and plenty of room close by to park your trailer for your stay. Rental guests must provide proof of insurance for their vessel and are required to purchase a Vessel Registration Certificate (VRC), separate from your rent, directly to the Condominium Association. So come on down and make Perdido Grande your “Sweet Home Alabama.' Register with Mo Fishin Bait & Tackle. They will email updates of hot spots to fish. I use them all the time, Captain Mo Shaver will put you on fish, guaranteed. Well maybe almost guaranteed. The 12 year old boy in the picture below got his tip from MO.

The complex itself has a massive pier you can fish from. Sheepshead are plentiful right off the dock. We have an outdoor pool overlooking the water, a sandy beach area, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center and tennis courts.

High Speed wireless internet throughout entire condo!!!

You are less than 5 miles from The Wharf, great world class restaurants, multi-theater complex and of course everybody’s favorite the giant Ferris wheel. In addition The Wharf has a 10,000 seat amphitheater, check the Wharf site for coming events.

Did you see the Animal Planet ”The Little Zoo That Could” Well it is right here in our area, less then 10 miles.

Prior to moving to Orange Beach from Auburn, Alabama this unit was only used for family vacations. After moving here and opening my law practice in Gulf Shores, Alabama I decided not sell the unit but to place it in a rental program.

Plan to moor a boat? Perdido Grande 2202 has a boat slip. You may park trailers at close by Sportsman’s Marina for a small fee of $5/day. This marina is a few doors down from Perdido Grande (PG). The nearest public launch is Boggy Point Marina off Marina Road. Wave-runners may be parked on the West edge small beach of condo property. Rental guests must provide proof of insurance for vessel naming PG additional insured & purchase a Vessel Registration Certificate (VRC) for $100 valid for the length of the guests visit. VRC’s may be obtained from Madarinn Group & will be issued to rental guests upon completion of VRC forms & receipt of proof of insurance. Security patrols the marina/Violators fined $50 assessed against the owner of the unit. Great condo!!

Condo was nice and very spacious. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The only problem that we had was that I was not aware that the VRC card for the boat should be purchased in advance, not when you get here. Also, all nearby places that offer trailer parking were completely booked when we got here! Must reserve those places in advance as well. Condo management association was incredibly helpful getting us situated when we arrived. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Home Away From Home

We rented this condo due to my son being in the World Series. We occupied the unit for 6 days, and never regretted our choice. This condo is huge. There wasn't a lot of what nots everywhere, which is important when you have kids that are baseball players. What nots easily become targets. All three bedrooms were a nice size, along with the bathrooms attached. The inside of washer/dryer was a great asset as well. The property staff was so kind and helpful. My husband took the boys to the pier to fish, and this was the best part of the trip for them. I was able to watch them fish from the condo balcony. Parking for the property was easily available. Access to the unit was painless, as well as departure expectations. This property was very quiet, and peaceful. We frequented the outside and indoor pool, and the kids had a ball. The location is very close to great dining spots, and entertainment. We enjoyed our 6 days in this comfy unit, and will definitely book it for next year's World Series. Oh yea, WE WON THE WORLD SERIES!

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:

a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or

b. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:

i. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;

ii. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and

iii. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
