About Joanne Adams
Gary is from Chicago and Joanne is from Montreal, so we both know how cold winters can be! We have been here in St Petersburg since we married in 1980, have raised 3 children and have a flourishing family business. We have owned a variety of rental properties over the decades, but our favorite now is having a vacation rental to enjoy, decorate, and share with family, friends, and rental guests. It's very rewarding when guests express how much they have enjoyed staying at our condo. Whenever we travel, we prefer to also rent vacation homes. Some of our current interests are snorkeling, swimming, traveling, exploring new restaurants and sights, especially in tropical locales.
Joanne Adams purchased this Condo in 2004
Why Joanne Adams chose Saint Petersburg
We had both come to Florida on vacation in 1977 and met at Pass-a-Grille Beach. We loved the area and never dreamed that we would be actually living here someday. Three years later we married and have been so thrilled to have lived in St Petersburg for over 32 years and never tire of the beaches, sunsets, tropical views, foliage and perfect convertible cruising weather. There is always something new to explore and favorites to re-visit. Busy in daily life and work, we sometimes forget we are surrounded by beaches and bays, so it's nice to have a personal getaway nearby to relax and remind ourselves what a great place this area is and why we are here!
What makes this Condo unique
The condo property is centrally located with easy access to all surrounding areas and activities. We love watching the sunsets on the beach. We live in St Petersburg about 10 miles from our condo, so it is close by whenever we need a change of scenery. We don't have to go far for a relaxing break. Quaint historic areas with cafes, shops, piers, beaches, and waterfront area are a few minutes in each direction. Downtown activities such as farmers markets, museums (Dali, Chihuly, Fine Arts), annual grand prix, shops, cafes, waterfront, Florida Orchestra, Sunken Gardens, the Pier (in process of rebuilding) are just 10 to 15 minutes away. Also, being close by, we can maintain the upkeep of the condo to the highest possible standard and we can check on it and update it often. We are also easily available for renters should repairs be needed.

Always enjoy Bermuda Bay and this wonderful condo.
There is absolutely nothing but positive things to experience here. The property, the location, the unit, the owner. We are already booking for next year!!!!
Thank you so much; I’m glad you enjoyed being at the condo. It was a pleasure having you here again this year and I look forward to you coming back again.
Our Second Home
We have stayed in several condos at BB for the past several years. This was by far the most comfortable and the most nicely maintained and decorated out of all the units we have rented. Also I might add, Joanne is just as nice as the condo. We are booked for next year and looking forward to our return visit......Connie and Angelo
It was our first time in Joanne's condo an it was just great.
The condo is amazing and we enjoyed our stay in Bermuda Bay very much.
We really can recommend this appartment to everyone and hope to come back really soon.

Great location, spacious, well equipted and safe.
Our second stay at Joanne's very spacious and well equipped condo. Located in a safe gated community on a bay side location with beach club, tennis court, squash court and laundrette all on site. Great sunset views every day from beach club. 15 minute drive to De Soto Island and St Pete's Beach with fantastic white sands and the chance to see pelicans and dolphins every single day. Very restful and relaxing stay with Orlando only an hour and half drive away and Tampa and Sarosota less than half an hours drive away. Would definitely stay again."
Loved the condo and the area
Joanne was a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean and bright and well stocked with everything we needed
The condo looks exactly the way the pictures showed it
We felt very safe in the area and talked with lots of Canadians that had been coming there for years and again booking for next year.
There is so much to see and do in the area and we found it easy to get to the places from the condo.
Loved the pools and of course you have to go to the beach to see the sunsets(take a drink with you cause there's a party going on)
So nice and close to St Pete's beach.
Don't miss going to Pass-a Grille,Fort Desoto National Park and Gulfport.
Home away from home.
The property was very nice, clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. One could not ask for a better location. It was near the pool, laundry room and the bay. It was very conveniently located near Walmart's, grocery stores, shopping centers and eateries.
Joanne, the owner, was extremely helpful,
accommadating, readily available and genuine. A real pleasure to work with. She also provided a list of the names, numbers and addresses of places and Hospitals, which came in very handy when we had a personal emergency.
Some of the highlights were, Gulfport Market with their seafood restaurants, Mazzaro's Italian Market, the many flea markets and the beautiful ocean scenery(very relaxing).
We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit in the future.
