This Kapalua Bay Villa is a very special oceanfront unit with spectacular ocean view overlooking Oneloa Bay and the island of Molokai across the channel.
This villa condominium is a ground-floor, 1229 sq. ft. unit which has recently undergone a complete architect/designer remodel.
The remodel features Venetian plaster, limestone floors, custom framed art and beautifully appointed antique and Tommy Bahama tropical furnishings, all new kitchen with state of the art appliances and granite countertops, baths w/granite tile throughout, 42-inch and 37-inch LCD TVs with surround sound and DVD/CD players in the living room and bedroom.
There are sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean from the living room and dining areas and also from the lanai which opens onto a grass lawn area where you will find steps which lead down to Oneloa beach, a secluded white, sandy beach located just below the condo.
World famous Kapalua Bay Beach is just a short walk away and D. T. Flemings beach is a 20 minute walk, located just below the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
This is one of the premier locations in all of Maui. This villa would easily qualify for the Kapalua Gold program, “Maui's finest ensemble of premier accommodations” …and rent at a much higher rate. Kapalua Resort has two Championship 18-hole Golf Courses including the Plantation course, home of the Mercedes Open.
There are great restaurants within walking distance (or take the free shuttle) including Sensai, the Pineapple Grill and the Plantation House, three of our favorites on the island. The Villa Complex has three swimming pools with gas barbeque grills as well as tennis courts.
Visit the new Kapalua Adventure Center which features over 2 miles of ziplines within the west Maui Mountains, a 4-station climbing wall and a challenge court.

My family currently has vineyards in Sonoma County ...Dry Creek Valley, the Rockpile appellation, Alexander Valley ..and Lake County....as well as a winery (which is open for tasting) in the beautiful Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County. My family has been coming to Maui for almost two decades now. The oceanfront setting and the views are spectacular ...and the entire Kapalua area is so beautiful. Down below the unit is a beautiful uncrowded sandy beach and it's just a short walk to either J.T. Fleming or Kapalua Beach.
I am really enjoying the complete total remodel of this villa unit completed in 2007. Everything is high end from the granite and limestone counters floors and baths, custom soffits and drop lighting in the living room, antique and custom furnishing, the deluxe appliances and the HD TVs with surround sound. This unit is also very spacious ...1200SF ...has a separate dinning and living room along with two full baths.
We just returned from a 9 night stay in this condo for our 30th wedding anniversary. Great location, updated and and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful but close enough to get to the crowded beaches if that's where you'd like to spend your days - you can take the complex shuttle to the nearby beaches for no extra charge. View is terrific, plenty of room with two baths. Our college age kids joined us later in the week and the air mattress and couch came in handy for them. Hope to make it back!
My wife and I just returned from our second stay (late August) in 18G2 and will definitely return to this unusually elegant vacation home because where we stay on our vacations is as important to us as the activities we choose.
We love having morning coffee and breakfast on the very private lanai listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves breaking on the beach at Oneola Bay just below. We love that the elegance of the finish and decor of the home refuse to compete with the comfortable atmosphere you feel from the day you arrive to the day you depart. We love snorkeling or just hanging out on the beach at world class Kapalua Bay....just a ten minute walk (we walk slowly and enjoy the view) away. In short, we love everything about Linda's 18G2 vacation home and recommend it to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life.
This is the fifth time my husband and I have stayed at Kapalua. This particular condo has a wonderful view, with excellent furnishings. The owner, Linda, was very accomodating and wonderful to work with. We were very happy with this condo and would not hesitate to recommend it. J & P N.H.
I have been to Maui a number of times and could not have been happier staying at this Kapalua Bay Villa. My daughter and I stayed a week for her 21st birthday. She was also delighted with our choice. Linda, the owner, was a delight to deal with.
The pictures do not even come close to the beauty of the property. The ocean views were breath taking and the snorkeling was amazing. The beach is so close and very private. The condo definitely has all the comforts of home. There wasn't anything else we needed for our stay. The grounds are gorgeous and so peaceful, it is definitely a great place to unwind.

We stayed at this condo for a short 2 nights and would love to come back for a longer stay. we have been going to Maui every year for the last 10 years and stayed a lot of places, this one is high on my list.
The condo is nicer than the picture show. The master bath is huge. I wasn't sure about the colors (just looking at the pics) but it is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you will need or want.
What we loved the most was that the condo was ground level and we could walk right down to the beach. ( The only draw back I could see is if you have an issue with stairs, there are quite a few from the parking area down to the condo.)
The owner is a pleasure to work with and made every effort to make our stay easy. I would highly recommend renting this condo.
This is an amazing property, with all the comforts of home. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 & 4), and loved every minute there. The pullout sofa was perfect for the kids and the master bed was so comfortable. Linda was an excellent owner who always helped answer any questions we had and provided many great suggestions for restaurants and shopping. This part of Maui may be more breezy than others but in no way does this affect how we felt about the condo or the area. We so preferred this part of the island it was breathtaking. We were lucky to see a pod of 5 whales right from the living room one afternoon.
The Kapalua grounds, coastal walkway, 2 golf courses, the 3 walk able beaches, 15 mins to Lahania, this place and location has it all. After 3 days our children asked if we can stay longer, they loved the condo and the amazing views. They kept on saying wasn't it nice that Linda let us use her home! :)
The condo is furnished will all top of the line appliances and high quality furniture and fixtures. Well equipped kitchen, and there was a closet with some boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach gear.
Having spent many weeks searching sites for a place to stay in Maui, this property by far is the best one to get your bang for your buck. I could not be more satisfied with the rate and the value we received, I do feel like we got the best deal in Maui.
