This fully equipped 3 bedroom Family Townhouse is situated in the wonderful and traditional town of San Pedro del Pinatar, in Murcia. It is a beach close location (10 min walk) located close to the amazing Mediterranean 'natural lagoon' the Mar Menor. The House is fully equipped from top to bottom including full air conditioning throughout. It has everything you could need and includes off road parking if required . The prices displayed are all inclusive for bedding, towels etc. The House offers a true 'Home from Home' holiday experience.

There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and banks in the nearby town centre (a 15 min walk away). Everything you could possibly want is on hand including the wonderful beaches & coast,. This beautiful coast is amazing! The surroundings are truly Spanish, although the English speaking locals could not offer better hospitality. The region has its very own micro-climate making it the warmest Costa in Spain! The World Health Authority have designated the area as one of the healthiest places in the Europe! Renowned for its healing Mud Baths and shallow / waveless Mediterranean lagoon ! The area and this spacious 3 story house, offer everything you could possibly want for a Home from home holiday in the Sun !.

Our stay here was really great. The house was clean and homely which was great to come back to after a long day out. The local area was lovely... all you needed within a short walk including shops bars and restaurants and yet more still via taxi or hire car. the beach is just round the corner and with the sea being so calm it's relatively stress free with children. A great day trip across the mar manor to the La manga strip for a bit of the Mediterranean sea is a must.

BOTH SERVICES MUST BE REQUESTED AT BOOKING. Air-con Units are located on the ground floor and 1st floor. Correctly managed these are adequate to cool the entire house . Supplementary ceiling fans are also in some rooms. This is a Perfect 'Home from Home' Family Holiday House, close to the wonderful Mar Menor Beaches and immediately close to one of Spains Finest National (Protected) Parks !

Yes this property is immaculate and extremely well maintained. It is quite simply - perfect. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and there is absolutely everything you would need - and I mean EVERYTHING. We were so relaxed at the house- it was home from home. The whole booking process with Peter was first class and he met us at the airport - giving us a tour of the area and lots of very useful tips and information. He also kept in touch throughout our stay in June and took us back to the airport via the scenic route - a nice touch. The house is in a great location - 15min walk to the beaches of Lo Pagan ; 10mins gets you to the Nature Reserve/Salinas ; 10/15 minutes to the town and its supermarkets (Dia and Mercadona) ; 2 or 3 bars/cafes very close by ; as well as an Italian Restaurant ; and the Botanical gardens are at the end of the street - good cafe/bar there too. The Bus Station is close by and buses run regularly throughout the area - Cartagena / Murcia / Torrevieja etc... It really doesn't get much better than this - we just had the best time ever. Staying in a beautiful property and getting first class customer service was what we hoped for and it was most certainly what we got - and more. I would highly recommend this property and I am sure that all Peter's properties are of the same very very high standard .

A "Home from Home" in the sun

We stayed here for a month in April. Peter picked us up from airport, showed us around the area and even offered to take us shopping. The house was very comfortable and straightaway felt like home. House is well equipped and very clean and is a great base for exploring the area. Even has English tv. Cannot recommend house highly enough or Peter, who went the extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable.

Great townhouse, good location.

Everything you need is there, perfect for a 15 minutes stroll to Lo Pogan for a beer on the beach. Local bar and minimart 5 minutes walk. Great cafe in the Bottanical gardens 1 minute away. Always found a parking spot near property.

Clean, Spacious, We set up, Friendly

We booked this apartment for a half term break and needed 3 bedrooms. From the outset Peter provided the best owner operated customer service we have ever had. From travel directions and arrival reception through to mid stay enquiries and follow-up.

We stayed in Mar Menor and easily parked on the street outside the apartment. Shops conveniently nearby and an easy apartment to find.

The provision of extra towels was a nice touch.

Highly recommend and when time permits we will happily book the place again. Certainly have been recommending.

Great House in a Great Location !

Overall impression was 'What a fantastic location & fully kitted property'

Everything you could need is in the house , it was spacious (4 of us) and had everything. Booking process dead simple and contact with owner also, who couldnt have been more obliging.

San pedro is a lovely town and the weather was fabulous too .

highly recommended 10 out of 10 !!

The house is exactly as described.

We found everything we needed even a pair of nail clippers!!!

Perfect position for getting out and about. The local area has everything to help you enjoy your stay. The beaches in both directions are fabulous and especially the beach Mar Menor which has everything you need for a fabulous day at the beach including coffee shops, restaurants, bike hire, wheelchairs and walking aids for the people of limited mobility.

This is an ideal property for a family of all ages.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
