Come and stay in this beautifully and professionally decorated, modern town home that contains 3 well-appointed bedrooms, together with 3 spacious en-suite bathrooms, Wi Fi and Flat Screen TV's in Lounge and all Bedrooms and DVD Player in lounge.

Located in a quiet and tranquil setting, this South West rear facing townhouse enjoys private and uninterrupted views of a beautiful conservation area. Completed in 2015 and boasting state of the art appliances, this contemporary house is located in the heart of the Serenity at Dream Resort community, one of the newest and closest communities to Disney. Access to the Serenity at Dream Resort Clubhouse, containing a state of the art gymnasium and larger community pool, is also part of the package.

This fully air conditioned home includes a fully equipped kitchen enjoying contemporary facilities, granite counter tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances, a breakfast area with 4 stools and a dining area that easily seats 6 persons. The living area contains ample seating capacity and a 42 inch TV for family time to plan the daily itinerary. After a busy day enjoying the theme parks or shopping malls, guests can relax in a covered lanai complete with a splash pool, which can be heated during cooler days.

The Bedroom layout includes a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom on the first floor, a king master suite and a twin beds on the second floor. The master suite boasts a balcony enjoying all day and evening sun and views of the conservation area. All bedrooms have a 32 inch TV for entertainment. All bathrooms are also finished and modern standard and are furnished with necessary amenities.

We also have a Travel Cot and High Chair for our young guests!

Situated just minutes from Highway 192, Serenity is close to local shops and Supermarkets just off of Highway 27 and offers easy access to Walt Disney World which is only just 20 to25 minutes away. Many of Orlando's other area attractions such as Universal Studios ,Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Discovery Cove,The Florida Mall,The Mall at Milennia and the Outlet Malls are all within an easy reach.

There are many Golf Courses close by with fishing, boating, and equestrian activities also available. There is a great selection of restaurants on Highway 192 which are within a 5 minute drive and include very well-known restaurants such as: Bahama Breeze, Joes Crab Shack, Applebee's, Carrabbas, The Olive Garden, Outback, Houlihan, and many more.

About The Owner

We purchased our holiday home in March 2015, and have never looked back. It had been our dream to own a home in Florida for many years and we can't quiet believe it has come true! As soon as we arrived we knew we had bought just the perfect place for our family, and we hope that other families will enjoy their holidays in our home too! After all it's about making memories and we hope our home can help do that!

Why The Owner chose Clermont Area

This property is a beautiful family home where you and your family can relax after a busy day at the parks, or simply a busy day shopping. It has a lovely community pool, gym and childrens games room as well as the lovely splash pool in patio area. The Master bedroom has a south west facing balcony over the patio area which is perfect for that evening glass of wine! But that's not the only reason we chose the Clermont area. Just 15 minutes from the property is the most amazing state national park called Lake Louisa. Here you can go fishing, walking have a BBQ on the beach by the lake and watch the sunset, it truly is stunning. In Downtown Clermont for those of you who love an "English Afternoon Tea" there is a lovely tea shop that does wonderful scones, jam and cream along with a good 'cuppa' in china cups! Then after you can walk off all those calories around the beautiful lake. And on the way home you could call in at the local winery and see how it is made, and maybe take a bottle or two home to sample with dinner that evening! I think when we think of the Orlando area most people think of the Disney Parks, but there is so much more out there to explore, and I hope you have a great time doing so I know we will!

What makes this house unique

My husband and I fell in love with this house as soon as we saw it! It is in an amazing quiet and private location on the Serenity development over looking a conservation area. You will often see Hot Air Balloons on their early morning flights to catch sunrise, if your not having a lie in as they fly across the balcony or front porch. The area is always quiet and the community pool and gym just over the road to use are fantastic. We love our holidays there and whenever we leave just can't wait to return again, and we very much hope our guests will feel the same!

Perfect Quiet Location

I am perhaps a tough judge, but the location within the community (i.e. no one next door and no one behind the townhouse) were huge plusses. This created a very quiet atmosphere. The overall home was clean but there were a few maintenance issues such as a broken toilet seat, carpet that was less than clean and could use some replacement, as well as a king mattress that was a struggle to sleep on. Bathrooms were great as well as the open kitchen and living area. This is our third time in to the Clermont area, and this is probably our favorite due to location but our second due furnishings needing some repair. I also thought it was odd that there were hardly any towels until I went to do a load of laundry and found a huge load in the dryer. :)

Owner's Response: I am very surprised and disappointed at the above comments as this is largely at odds to the other reviews received. Our home was a new build in 2015 and when completed in May of that year, it was furnished to a high standard with furniture from Hudson’s Furniture, I am therefore very surprised at their perception of things. Of course the softness/firmness of a mattress is VERY MUCH a personal choice and therefore, whilst I would very much like to, I have to accept I cannot please everyone all of the time! We have amazing property managers over in Orlando in Alex and his team, and know that they maintain our home to a very high standard. They also address any issues as soon as they are seen, or brought to their attention by a guest at any point during their stay in our home. I was surprised that a “broken toilet seat” would go unnoticed by Alex, and indeed it appears it had not, as when clarifying this with the guest it appears to have been loose not broken! A very quick fix could have been achieved if we had just been informed at the time of their stay. Unfortunately, due to the back to back changeover, it appears that as a previous guest had used the majority of the towels, there was not enough time to put them into the airing cupboard. However, all were clean, dry and ready but should have been removed from the tumble dryer. I hope that I am a very conscientious and responsible owner and will always do my very best to make our guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Therefore, I do take any concerns very seriously.

Clean,spacious and homie

Family friendly location conveniently located near all major Orlando and area attractions

We were so proud to be able to host our son and his family in this beautiful home! Many lasting memories were made during our week there. This home is well cared for, has plenty of space and because it's an end unit, when sitting outside in the lanai, you get the feeling that you're all alone in the complex. This townhouse is so well built, we never heard the neighbors even though I know they were there. Upon our arrival in the early evening, our son and grandson got to see an armadillo that was in the forest right next to townhouse which was a very exciting experience for our 5 year old grandson (and us too!). The whole complex is very family friendly and we were able to spend lots of time with our grandson at the playground as well as the main pool area (that has a games room attached where we all had fun playing the arcade games as well as the ping pong table). The home also has its own splash pool but the water temp. was a bit chilly so our grandson mostly just played with a splash toy from the deck. We could have paid to have the pool warmed up but with the main pool located so close and us being so busy enjoying some of the area attractions we didn't bother. The only suggestion I might have is to perhaps warn visitors that they need to bring certain items such as paper towels, dishwashing soap/dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, coffee filters (if using the coffee maker - food, of course, is a given), etc. Fortunately, WalMart is conveniently located less than a 5 minute drive away. Also, I was trying to see where the instructions were for getting the fob to get into the community pool and games room. I probably missed that instruction but we found out from other visitors that we were suppose to get the fob from IPG and as such, we had to go back to their office for the fob-it was a small thing really; just something we didn't know (or had missed) beforehand.

Our son and daughter in law loved this home so much, that they're already planning their trip back to Clermont for next year. Thanks again so much Lindsey for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The townhouse was perfect!!

The townhouse was great. There was plenty of space for our family. Lindsey, the owner, responded quickly to our emails and was truly wonderful to work with. Towels and linens were provided which was great because we were traveling from a distance. The location is peaceful.

The best!!!

Great property in Clermont, very clean and plenty of room in a very quite neighborhood. Definitely recommend it to everybody. Hosts were the best helped out on a very last minute reservation to accommodate my family and made sure everything went ok. Do not hesitate you will not regret, family from Arlington, TX.
