The Villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Javea, approx 1km from Arenal (main beach). It is a private gated property, which was renovated over the winter period of 2016, but still has a traditional Spanish feel.

The swimming pool has been replaced this year (2017), having been modernised from a fibreglass pool to a luxurious mosaic tiled, kidney shaped 9.5 x 5m pool.

There are three bedrooms; a double master bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom and a trio bedroom (double bed with single bunk above). Each bedroom has air conditioning. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower, a living area with pull out double sofa bed and new flat screen TV with cable. The living area also has air conditioning for the summer months and a gas fire, which is a great addition to the heating in the winter months.

The dining area overlooks the pool and can accommodate up to 10 guests and has a modern and bright feel. The large kitchen is situated just off the dining area and has all modern appliances.

The terrace over looking the pool has a lovely covered seating area (Naja) and then steps down to the patio around the pool, which has a dining area with parasol and sunloungers on the lawn. There is a gas plancha/grill plate which you can feel free to use during your stay.

The villa will accommodate up to 9 people using the double sofa bed in the lounge, (however this might be a little crowded for some!) and will sleep 7 comfortably.

This is a great villa with a lovely pool and garden. It is unusual in that it is within a quiet neighbourhood but also within walking distance of the Arenal. Javea Old Town and Javea Port are a short drive away, and there are two supermarkets within 500m.

Everything our family could have wanted and more

Our family of 5 stayed at this lovely villa for a week. It is spacious, well-laid out and really does have everything you could need. The pool was loved by all of our children. There was lots of space inside, cool air conditioning and plenty of places to sit either in the sun or the shade. The owners manual is very helpful as were they when I had a question. On a practical note, there are supermarkets only minutes away and several beaches to chose from no more than 15 minutes drive away ranging from sandy at Arenal to pebbly at Granedella and rocky at Cala Blanca. I would recommend the snorkelling in the area, exploring the many activities at Arenal beach during the day and shopping and eating there in the evening; and if the weather isn't perfect for sunbathing you can visit the old town, drive to some caves or follow a well-sign posted cycle or walking route. We really did have a lovely time and I would genuinely consider going back again.

Lovely villa for a family holiday

We have just returned from a very enjoyable two week stay. The villa was well equipped and a good size for a family.

Our daughter loved the pool which was a perfect temperature at this time of year and there was plenty of outside space. Only suggestion would be some sturdier sun loungers.

The villa was nice and clean and efficient air conditioning in the bedrooms meant we all got a good nights sleep in comfortable beds!

The Consum supermarket at the end of the road was very handy and whilst the beach area was in walking distance it was a bit far for little legs.

Highly recommended and we will be returning.

AMAZING!

Very beautiful villa with lovely poolarea.We really enjoyed our stay there. We had children aged 3,8,9 and 17 and everybody loved the place. Close by Benidorm(Aqualandia), beautiful town Altea, Valencia(Oceanographic)...Lovely place!

Fantastic villa

A fabulous week spent at this lovely villa . The location is great with easy walking distance to local shops and the gorgeous arundel beach.

The villa was very clean with very comfy beds , good quality linen and towels .

Ava was very helpful and answered any queries before and during our stay . We even had a bottle of chilled bubbles waiting for us in the fridge on our arrival.

We will definitely be returning !

Well equipped, quiet and private.

We loved it. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The pool is fabulous. 15 to 20 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minutes in a taxi. A good base to explore the area.

The villa is within walking distance of the beach and Arenal, which has many bars and restaurants, approx 1km away. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance, approx 500m away.

Javea has lots to offer the visitor besides the sun, sea and wonderful beaches. It boasts a history stretching back thousands of years which can be explored in the town's municipal museum in the heart of its delightful historic centre. With over 25 kilometres of winding coastline, Jávea offers some stunning scenery with high cliffs and hidden coves, a wide sandy beach and one of the best beaches in Spain, La Granadella. To the north the high mountain of Montgó dominates with its summit within reach to all with a bit of determination whilst Jávea offers plenty of scope for walking with over 40 kilometres of official trails.

The Javea Old Town and Port are well worth a visit too and are 5-10 min drive away from the villa. Here you will find some lovely restaurants, shops, museums and churches.
