This is a great apartment very stylishly furnished and in immaculate condition, its exactly as shown in the photographs. All arrangements with the owners were dealt with in professional manner. We were met on arrival by Napoleon who explained how everything worked, the garage and wifi were a bonus. The apartment is situated in a nice residential area with supermarkets ,cafes and bars within a short walk, unless you have a car you may need to catch a bus to the city centre but there is a good bus service throughout Tenerife. The best beach on the island is Las Terisitas which is only a 10 minute drive away and if the weather is good you will find it hard to tear yourselves away. Santa Cruz is a very nice city and escapes the mass tourism of the South of the island. There is more than enough to see and do around the area and our two weeks flew by. Thank you Jose and Nayedes. Great apartment, modern, clean and everything we wanted. Jose available to provide information when needed and Napoleon was on site to meet us and very helpful, showed us around and made sure we were okay. He sorted out the DVD player which we enjoyed using some evenings. Local supermarkets very convenient and well stocked. Easy walk into the city and easy access to the motorway for exploring the island. Just note that the balcony faces North so not sunny in January - but that didn't bother us at all. Santa Cruz has some wonderful attractions including the new Palmetum - we really enjoyed our visit. Thankyou Jose and Napoleon.

Estupendo el piso aunque requiere ciertas mejoras que lo harían perfecto.

En líneas generales el piso es estupendo y es según se ve en las fotos pero con pequeños detalles sería aun mejor:

1.- No funcionaban todos los focos del piso. De las dos lámparas del salón solo funcionaba una. Lo mismo que en dormitorio principal, solo funcionaba una. Estaban fundidas.

2.- No había secador de pelo. Es un detalle tonto pero importante.

3.- No hay foscurí. No hay esa cortina opaca que evita que pase la luz en los dormitorios. Los que no puedan dormir con luz (como yo), se levantarán muy temprano.

4.- Excesivo calor en el piso, supongo que por los cristales. La cocina era un horno acrecentado con que la máquina de aire del salón no es exterior, está en el lavadero con lo que cuando se conecta el calor es insoportable.

5.- No había ni aceite (algo básico creo yo) ni detergente. Tuvimos que comprar (aceite y detergente) y dejarlo en el piso. Espero que alguien lo aproveche.

En fin, el piso es muy bueno y muy bonito; con pocos detalles y mejoras harían de el un piso perfecto.

appartement très spacieux et confortable

très satisfait de la location, très bien située, confortable et Propre

juste un peu contrariée par la remise des clés car on nous avait donné le numéro de téléphone d'une personne qui ne parlait qu'espagnol et qui n'était pas la personne qui devait nous remettre les clés.

Große Wohnung in Nordausrichtung

Große Wohnung mit sehr guten Matratzen. Toller Blick vom Balkon, leider Richtung Norden. Fenster sind verdunkelt, daher in der Wohnung nicht sehr hell.
