About the property

One bedroom with bathroom in suite, living room, wide kitchen, toilet & patio.

New single family home all renovated, situated in the Old Town, the Historic center of Palma with a separate entrance.

The rent of this property is made based on the Spanish legislation, the Law 29/1994 of November of urban leases, and will have this property for use by season, not offering tourist services of any kind.

Close the STP (Port Technical Services) for people who works in yachts, at 7 minutes walking, near the bay and the Paseo Marítimo. In the surrounding streets there are numerous bars, restaurants & shops.

The house in the groundfloor has a large bedroom with double bed and separate mattresses, wardrobe, exterior window and large bathroom in Suite. With air conditioning in the bedroom, double glazing and foscurit to keep out the light. An extra single bed and baby cut if need it.

Towels, sheets, blankets or quilts are supplied according to the season.

This bathroom in Suite with sink, shower, toilet, hair dryer and exterior window overlooking the courtyard.

Spacious living room with natural light, 32-inch TV, a comfortable seat, and a large sofa, and an extra bed if needed. This bed can be moved to the bedroom if need it.

Another lavatory with a sink and toilet, is separate from the biggest bathroom.

Kitchen with vitro, oven, extractor fan, fridge, microwave, toaster, ketle, washing machine, multiple cabinets, dining table, 4 chairs and all necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is plenty of natural light.

I usually leave kitchen paper, salt, oil, coffee and always some sugar. Also 1 bottle of water in the fridge.

A patio with wires for hanging clothes. There are electric boiler, double glazing throughout the house and doors.

This Street can only park residents of the area, so parking is not allowed. You can park around, but it has put a parking ticket 09.00 am to 20.00 pm Monday to Saturday. It is to move the car every 90 minutes changing site ticket.

I think no need to rent a car to see Palma. You can get around on foot, by bus (public service is not expensive and works great). You can also rent a bicycle near home and move around the bike path that connects Palma with beautiful promenade, the beach of Palma, Portixol area and Cala Estancia to reach the long beach of Arenal de Palma.

There is a fantastic service Touristic Bus with Hopp on and Hopp off allowing you to view the entire city, reach The Castillo de Bellver to visit it and see from up there the whole bay of Palma and the mountains. Worth the ticket and only costs 17 € and can go up and down as often as you can see the whole city comfortably.

Sure this house will not be disappointed and it will a Merry stay.

The quality of life is fanthastic here, there are not long distances and usually we have a good wheater the most of the year.

We have white sand beaches and crystal waters, lovely mountains like La Serra de Tramuntana and marvelous villages to visit like Valldemossa, Banyalbufar, Andraitx, Orient, Sóller and Puerto de Sóller, Santanyi or Portocolom near the sea (we rent a house here too)

Central, Quiet, Comfortable

Catalina is a helpful host and the flat is in a great central Palma location. Bed(s) and chairs are comfortable and there is all the basic equipment you might need, including to cook - with the brilliant Mercat de l'Olivar just 5 mins walk away for fresh provisions. Despite being at street level the flat is still quiet but there is very little natural light (almost has a basement feel to it). I guess this would mean that it is also cool in summer heat - although in winter the living area was slightly chilly with the only heat being in the bedroom area. Overall, good value.

Smart House In Super Location In The Old Town.

We agree with the many compliments made by previous Reviewers, the house is exactly as shown on the website, very clean and smart with a well equipped good size kitchen in a quiet typically Spanish narrow street yet barely more than a minutes walk to the Supermarket, shops,bars, restaurants and Plaza's and only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, Palace and Ramblers, a really great location in the wonderful Old Town with it's mix of architecture and Guadi-esk buildings.

Catalina was there to greet us and was always available, replying promptly to any queries we had and ordered a taxi for us when we sadly had to leave. Her description of Palma is also very good. Highly Recommended.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

We had a wonderful few days in Palma, staying in this lovely, comfortable apartment. Just as described, the location was in the city centre , making it easy to visit the sites. The property was beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished and very clean. The living room, bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and fully-fitted kitchen were exactly as shown on the website. We were in contact with Catalina even before we got to Palma as our flight was delayed, and she met us at the apartment when we finally arrived. She was the perfect host, showing us around the apartment, and giving us information about the immediate area, and other interesting places to visit. There was a supermarket five minutes walk away selling everything you might need, including fresh bread every day. She was quite happy for us to phone her if we had any problems, and she booked our taxi to the airport on the day we left. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We loved the Cathedral and Palace, and walking along the seafront, exploring the old town with its network of lanes and alleys, pretty squares, lovely little shops, and many ice-cream sellers. The Guinness Bar in the Parc De La Mar is a great place to sit on a sunny day and have a glass of Sangria whilst looking up at the fabulous cathedral. The unusual restaurant Celler Sa Premsa, not far from the Placa Espana serves tasty traditional food in a converted garage with walls lined with wine vats and posters.

Es war ein sehr schönes Apartment und Catalina die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in diesem Apartment. Es war anfangs etwas schwer zu finden, aber die Gastgeberin hat bereits an der Tür gewartet und uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Das Apartment war echt gut ausgestattet von Wäsche waschen bis hin zu Kaffee kochen alles da! Auch die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Innenstadt von Palma. Allerdings ist das kostenlose parken hier nicht möglich. Mussten für 26,00€ pro Tag in dem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus parken. Ansonsten ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Superbe !

Superbe maison décorée avec goût, rien à redire sur la propreté, rien ne manque.

Une suite royale d'hôtel !

Propriétaire adorable au petit soin, nous avons ici séjourné entre sœurs, convient parfaitement aux familles, couples, amis etc ...

Très bien située à côté des rues commerçantes

20 min de la plage à pied , 7 minutes de la cathédrale ou du port

Bref, nous reviendrons a coup sur !

The house is

an ideal base for exploring the city center of Palma and surrounding environment. The tourist bus is ideal for travel throughout the city, including Bellver Castle overlooking the city and the bay of Palma can be seen, with the commercial port and marina, which is far from the center environment. You can get on and off when you want, paying a daily ticket about 17 € and 32 € for two days. Worth it!

It is close to several museums including the Museo Casa March, the Caixa Forum Museum or Museum of the Almudaina. The Main Theater to hear opera or theater, is a few minutes walk.

Marti area of ​​5 minutes walking path, it is famous for its many good restaurants and tapas bars with terraces and good nightlife.

The area of ​​La Lonja del Puerto, facing the fishermen dock is a 10 minute walk, is also famous for its many tapas bars and restaurants. It is very close to the promenade, a beautiful setting and much nightlife area.

Palm Beach is the place to relax without straying too far from the center of the city. It is about 15-20 minutes walk. Following this beach, there is an area of ​​beautiful coastline with numerous small beaches and small coves with a wide gastronomic offer. You will find the beaches of Portixol, Cala Estancia, El Molinar and finally the Arenal beach several kilometers of sand up to the marina of Arenal.

The Rivoli Augusta and cinemas are a 15 minute walk.

Jaime III Avenue and Paseo des Born, are the most exclusive shopping areas in the city of Palma, but in all surrounding streets there is a wide commercial offer.

The Syp-Eroski supermarket is in the underground galleries of the Plaza Mayor and the Mercadona supermarket in Plaza del Olivar, in the Municipal Market building on the top floor. Both centers with large business hours.
