My family and I had a wonderful and relaxed weekend staying in the beautiful, warm and luxurious cabin by the lake. There wasn't anything that we needed or wanted that was not provided in the lovely home.
We are so glad that we chose to go and will go back again as it is a great halfway point for my husband and I to meet our daughter and family for a visit.
The personal detail that is in this lovely home is so warm and inviting. We can't wait to see all of our pictures so we can always have a wonderful memory of our time together.
Oscar you were right, a few days just isn't long enough to be able to fully enjoy it all.
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful mountain home.
I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone that wants to stay in luxury and have all your needs met for a wonderful vacation get away.
Everything being clearly marked and labeled was an immense help in getting everything to work properly. The tvs and computer were just such a plus. Everyone having their own room and bathroom facility was just such an extra bonus. The completely equipped kitchen with all the best appliances and utensils, the beautiful glasses and dishes were just outstanding. Everything from toothpicks to large pressure cookers provided made everything so easy and accessible to make an easy dinner or meal or a gourmet meal. The dishwasher of course just made clean up a snap.
We can't wait to be able to go back! Thank you Oscar for calling us the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok.

This cabin is absolutely perfect. Beautiful inside and out, very clean and comfortable. The amenities that this property offers like wifi and satellite tv was a big bonus. The location of the cabin was great too, with nearby supermarket, stores, etc. Very relaxing and cozy setting. We had a wonderful time! Looking forward to staying here again. Owner is great, very attentive and quick to answer any questions you have.
While we only stayed 2 nights, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The cabin was well represented via written descriptions and photos on the listing. We truly enjoyed the scenic drive to the cabin and the peaceful views while there. We are planning on making this specific cabin an annual getaway for us.
Property agent was thorough with the lease agreement and any issues that arose during our stay.
One note: bring firewood. No matter the season, you will want to enjoy a fire either outside or inside.
We really enjoyed our time. There is one master, a smaller bed upstairs, and another room with twin beds. It served what we needed it for. The internet and options for TV were nice and the warm blankets and cozy furniture were great for conversing and lounging.
If you are looking for a wonderful stay in the mountains, with a lake view, in mature trees, that is very peaceful, and with plenty of well appointed room, look no further. This beautiful cabin would be amazing any time of the year, although I would think you would need 4 wheel drive in the winter. I may have to book some time in all seasons just to give an accurate evaluation.
The owner is quick to respond if you have any questions and the professional way he operates have made this the easiest rental transaction I have ever done. I guess the biggest question to answer would be if I would stay here again? Absolutely! Thank you for offering your property and making our birthday weekend such a nice one.
This cabin is exactly how it is described on the website. Everything is very clean and neat. There is plenty of room for everyone. There is enough furniture for everyone to relax. It is especially beautifully decorated. It took us a while to see all the decorations. I couldn't believe a rental would have such nice furniture. (Most of the time they just use cheap furniture good enough to get by.) My family really enjoyed fishing in the lake, which is right there at the cabin. (There are some big, beautiful bass and other fish in that lake!) The kitchen had everything we needed. The website doesn't tell you there is a pool table and a foosball table in the basement. We really enjoyed those. The cabin is definitely in the mountains and in a quiet area, yet not that far from Boone and other interesting areas to visit. There is beautiful scenery all around. This is a wonderful place to take your family for vacation, and the price is reasonable.
The community of Fleetwood Falls offers hiking trails, biking paths, a fishing lake and a gazebo on site. The cabin sits in front of a lake and its large wooden deck faces the lake for a peaceful and scenic time.
The New River flows by the entrance of the community where there is plenty of tubing, rafting, canoeing, and trout fishing.
