For use of guests staying at the apartment, full use can be had of the heated outdoor pool (closed between Oct to April) with magnificent palm trees in the garden. This is a gated locked garden for residents/guests only.
Within 3 minutes you can be on the beach and Paignton Pier, donkey rides and children's playgrounds. Further along the sea front is the Harbour and delightful views across the bay. Take a small journey to Goodrington and spend a day at Splashdown Water Park and float in the Swanboats. Visit the fishing and pirate mecca of Brixham, or the calm and sedate life of Cockington Village. A delightful and chocolate box image of thatched cottages, horse and carriage and cream teas.
Golf, fishing, Go-Karts, cycling, Paignton Zoo - and lots more. Evening brings the theatres and romantic boat trips around the bay.
You don't need a car - train station, bus stops, road train, steam train, ferries - all to help you enjoy your wonderful holiday.
