Stunning apartment with breathtaking views

Apartment 207 is an exquisitely furnished and supremely comfortable and fully air conditioned three bedroom, three bathroom apartment with a private verandah overlooking a beautiful lagoon and beyond to the Caribbean Sea. It boasts three spacious en suite bedrooms, a separate cloakroom, a superbly equipped kitchen, large comfortable living area with flat screen tv with internet connection and Netflix and a DVD player. There is a large private verandah with dining table, 6 dining chairs and comfortable patio furniture with unhindered view of lagoon and Caribbean sea.

About Jan Roberts Property Manager

Suzanne and I sold our business in the UK and retired in 2005. On our first visit to Barbados we came for two weeks and stayed for six, we loved it so much. When we eventually returned home we immediately decided to go back to Barbados and buy our dream home. One that was on the West Coast of Barbados and overlooking the Caribbean sea. We wanted to be in a smallcomplex with great tennis courts, a fully-equipped gym, swimming pools, beautiful beaches, on site restaurants etc. But it also had to be quiet, not too big, easy for us to lock up and leave and not worry about maintenance problems and first class security was a priority. We wanted to have the use of tennis courts and coaching and a gym and have good golf courses nearby. Port St. Charles offered all of this and more. The development is very professionally run and has fantastic on-site staff to deal with any practical problems, which makes owning there very easy.

Truely magnificent apartment that cannot be captured in photographs.

5 off us have just returned after spending 13 nights is the superb 207 Apartment within the Port St Charles marina. Have spent numerous holidays in Barbados we didn't want to leave this ' home away from home. Beautifully designer furnished and superbly equipped and with the very best lagoon and sea views. Amazing staff throughout the complex and in the Yacht Club Bar and Restaurant. 2 minutes from the small quiet North Beach or a water taxi ride to the sweeping Heywoods Beach. A vacation of a life time.

Perfection in Paradise

This really is a very special apartment with lovely views over the water. It's fully equipped with everything you need and all the furnishings etc are like new and it's clearly well taken care of.

The owners arranged for us to be met off the plane and taken through the diplomatic channel so no queuing at passport control and a very nice taxi to get us up to Port St Charles. We wanted a quiet two weeks in the sun to relax and unwind and this place is perfect in every way. The maid - Andrea is a delight and obviously takes great pride in looking after the apartment and nothing was too much trouble for her. Plenty of affordable excellent places to eat and can thoroughly recommend the Yacht Club which is on site. This was not our first visit to Barbados but it was to Port St Charles, we have already booked 207 for next year!

Absolutely Beautiful,Real Home From Home Feeling

We booked 207 for a six week break in Barbados this year,the accommodation can only be described as fabulous with lovely views from the balcony overlooking the entrance to the port and the turquoise caribbean sea.We found some lovely restaurants locally,but really enjoyed dining at the yacht club within the complex,we also found buying fresh fish from the local market,and enjoying our evening meal on the balcony overlooking the lagoon, watching for the small turtles that live in it,just a perfect way to end a hard day's relaxing by one of the two pools most rewarding.

We both played tennis and golf on site,but found it best to pay tennis as early as possible in the morning due to the temperature,the way the gardens and grounds are maintained was second to none,the sheer variety of colours of the blooms was amazing.

We had Port St.Charles arrange a private charter on a local catamaran,which by far exceeded our expectations,we did the usual snorkelling and swimming,the crew served up a lunch which I can only say was sensational,but by far the highlight of the day was swimming with the large turtles which would come right up to the boat,after which we sailed back to Port St. Charles,arriving just as the sun was setting,this was without doubt the most rewarding holiday we have ever enjoyed and look forward to returning again in 2016
