About Steven Mansfield

I am originally from Massachusetts and moved to California 25 years ago. I am a local dentist (Prosthodontist) and have an office in the city of Napa. Most weekends I can be found either skiing, motorcycling, or playing golf or tennis. My east coast roots shine brightly as I am a 'die-hard' ice hockey enthusiast.

Steven Mansfield purchased this house in 1995

Why Steven Mansfield chose Sonoma County

My professional life as a dentist brought me to the Sonoma/Napa Valleys 20 years ago. I was fortunate to have purchased this idyllic location in 1995 and raise my two daughters here until it was time for them to attend high school in Marin County. It made sense to move closer to their schools and 5 years ago we made the move to San Rafael in Marin County.

What makes this house unique

My Sonoma home remains very much the same as it was when we lived there and thus you should experience a very 'lived in, homey' feeling while relaxing in our home.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Such a wonderful place to call home for a few days as we celebrated my sisters 50th birthday. Thank you! amazing home! I was sold when I saw that oak in the backyard!

Great Cozy Home!

  • 4 of 5

Stayed here with a group of girls and had a blast. The pool was very nice (we were surprised that it was actually very deep!), the hot tub was great as well! The house has a lot of outdoor furniture that was great for hanging out in the sunshine! Everything was well stocked, clean, and kept up. It was a little drive from town, but very worth it for the private feel of the home!

Beautiful Property!

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely loved everything about this place. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Sonoma is a beautiful little town in a great location! My elderly parents, who live nearby, were able to come to the house because it is level without a lot of steps. The countryside around the house is full of wildlife. We spent many hours poolside.

Great house, perfect location and lots of space!

  • 5 of 5

This house exceed our expectations. We stayed here for my wife's graduation and it was a great house in a perfect location. Extremely easy to get to downtown Sonoma and to the Napa side. The pool and hot tub were great, lots of outdoor seating and ample bedroom space with very comfortable beds!

Beautiful house

  • 5 of 5

The pictures don't do the house justice. The area is beautiful! Great for bigger groups. Hot tube didn't work for us which was a bummer but the house was great.
