About Robbie Bell

My name is Robbie Bell and my mother's name is Helen Richey. We own this home together. I work in real estate. Helen lives in Atlanta and is retired from sales. Helen handles most of the reservations and I maintain and oversee the property on a regular basis. This picture was taken while visiting Las Vegas.

I love to travel. After having the opportunity to travel to many different cities, I still believe that Savannah is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The history, architecture, and local culture of Savannah are all unique. What better way to experience the architecture and history of Savannah than staying in a beautiful historic home? I really can't think of any.

Robbie Bell purchased this house in 2007

Why Robbie Bell chose Historic District - North

I already owned a home in this block and this home became available. Mom wanted to have a home that she and her husband could stay in when she visited Savannah. This seemed to be a good fit for our family.

A Fabulous Choice!

  • 5 of 5

Savannah was the destination for our son's wedding. We were awestruck when we walked into 507 E. Broughton Steeet. Elegant and spacious, we could not have chosen a better home for our celebration with family and friends. Absolutely gorgeous! Three couples stayed here with ease. The location was perfect as the wedding ceremony was in historic Reynolds Square. The property manager, Helen, was a delight to work with and contacted us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend this beautiful historic home for your Savannah visit . . . it is a gem.

This beautiful home is filled with antique furniture and beautiful art. Well equipped for guests and conveniently located to see Savannah. Helen, the rental agent was a dream to work with. It was just like talking to a member of the family. A great place to stay!

What a gorgeous house! Customer service is top notch. Helen and Pam were absolutely wonderful to work with. This house held our Girl Scout Troop of 8 people for one week spent in Savannah. Everything you could possibly need was already there including bedding, towels, and even a Keurig! This property is right downtown and a close walk to everything. Would love to visit again!

Owner's Response: Danielle, it was a pleasure to have you and the girls. Everything was left in perfect condition, and we do hope you will have an opportunity to return. Thanks again for choosing our property for this special trip. Helen

507 E Broughton

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful property with everything included to have a fabulous long weekend. We had 8 guests and the only complaint was the thin sofa bed mattress. Other than that we had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and bedding. The house was clean and beautiful. The courtyard is a nice place for a cup of coffee in the morning. Also, it is so close to walk to everything. We never moved our passenger van which had plenty of room in the space behind the house. We loved the off street worry free parking included with the rental. Great location and way better than a hotel! I'd rent with the company again in the future as I plan to return to Savannah! Too much to see and do in just a few days!

Great home, Great location, Great stay

  • 5 of 5

The property was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed in a superb location. If staying in a home in historic Savannah, it is nice to be able to immerse yourself in the history of Savannah through the selection of where you stay. We have visited Savannah on multiple occasions and this home made you feel like you were part of that history while also providing all of the modern amenities and comforts that one would want. Right in the middle of everything while also providing a quiet serenity at night. A wonderful place to stay, with hosts that were extraordinarily responsive to any questions I had before our trip.

We loved our stay at the Kennedy House. It is the best combination of historic charm and modern conveniences. Best of all, it's just a short walk to just about anything you would want to do downtown.
