With its own private entrance, 7 Crown Apartments is a charming and roomy two storey apartment situated on the first and second floors of a modern block in Midmills Road. This location is in the popular Crown area of Inverness, making it a short walk to the city centre and its many shops, bars and restaurants. Around the corner from the apartment there are some handy local shops which include a delicatessen, bakers, pharmacy and restaurants.
An exceptional base to allow you to discover the surrounding area, 7 Crown Apartments has a private parking space and is also easily accessible if you come to Inverness by car, plane or bus. Perfect for a city break and exploring the Capital of the Highlands or for a place to stay while you go further afield. The apartment has new, quality furnishings and provides an impeccable place to relax and unwind.
There are many things to do in Inverness and the surrounding area that cater for a variety of tastes. You can enjoy visits to the shopping centre and the many surrounding shops, cinemas, theatre, restaurants or you can take walks along the River Ness and enjoy the gorgeous natural scenery. For the golfers among you there are three golf courses in the city, with Inverness Golf Club only a short distance from the apartment.
With the Cairngorms, Aviemore, the Black Isle, and many more beautiful villages, towns and scenery within reasonable travelling distance, 7 Crown Apartments is the ideal place to stay.
7 Crown Apartments has its own private entrance located to the rear of the property. Upstairs, on the first floor, is the spacious hall which takes you through double doors to the bright, spacious Lounge. The lounge is furnished with two matching leather sofas providing a comfortable area to relax and watch the large screen TV with free Sat TV and DVD or read a book from the selection in the bookcase.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you wish to cater for yourself, including a built in hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A separate dining area provides ample space for enjoying meals in a comfortable setting.
Also on the first floor there is a convenient toilet and wash hand basin. A separate cupboard provides storage for suitcases etc.
The stairs lead up from the hall to the second floor where the bedrooms are located. The first Bedroom to the front has a king size bed with two bedside tables and handy bedside wall lights. A spacious built in wardrobe provides plenty hanging space with shelf above. The En suite shower room has a white suite comprising a toilet, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle with shower from the main combi boiler system.
To the rear, the second Bedroom also has a king size bed, bed side cabinets and wall lights. There is a full length built in wardrobe with mirrored doors with hanging rail and shelf above. There is also a 6 drawer chest. The En Suite bathroom has a shower over the bath, again from the main combi boiler system, toilet and wash hand basin. There are radio alarms in each of the bedrooms and hairdryers are provided.
The property is furnished throughout with new modern oak furniture and decorated in light neutral tones. There is one parking space allocated to the property and there may be additional visitor parking. There is a shared outdoor area at the rear of the property.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and internet access are included in the price. A starter supply of toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid is also included. Keys are available at the property through a small external safe, the code for which will be made available to you before arrival. Keys are left back in the safe as you leave.

Great Apartment- very clean and comfortable with everything supplied. I would recommend this apartment very highly.
I would definitely recommend! We walked from the train station and it was no problem, we never had to get a car for anything. Inverness is beautiful and so was this apartment - very easy to get into.
Excellent Accomodations - Especially for 2 couples
This townhouse was a perfect accommodation for 2 couples. Both bedrooms were good size and ensuite. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage for all the things we travel with. The kitchen was lovely, well stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils. It is a modern townhouse with all of the luxuries that you would hope for. It is located within walking distance of really good restaurants and the downtown area. We walked everywhere. The only single caveat for some travelers is that it is a 3 story townhouse with lots of stairs. Anyone with difficulty with stairs would have a hard time with this arrangement. Otherwise, I would certainly stay in this townhouse again and would highly recommend it to other travelers. A special "thank you" to the owners of this apartment for providing such a lovely, inviting and comfortable accommodation.
Good for family
Nice and clean apartment with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and had plastic plates and cups for the kids. Also found a few children's movies in the living room. Nice touches that make traveling with the kids a little easier. If you stay here, I recommend the Marks and Spencer Food Market (grocery) about a 10 min walk away. Plenty of heat and serve options for an easy meal.
This is a great apartment for 2 couples travelling together. Comfortable beds, clean, centrally located. An easy walk to the downtown area and the grocery store. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner promptly answered our emails. We would highly recommend this apartment!

From the East - Follow the A96 and on the approach to Inverness, take the second exit at the roundabout (A9 A96) on to Millburn Road B865. Go through the next roundabout and turn next left just after the Premier Inn onto Diriebught Road. Follow this road veering right onto Midmills Road. Just beyond the crown of the hill, the apartment is situated on your left. The parking space for the property is the second one from the right looking at the front of the building. From the North - After crossing the Kessock Bridge go straight ahead at the roundabout. Take the left hand lane signposted to Aberdeen and turn right at the roundabout (the third exit) on to Millburn Road B865. Go through the next roundabout and turn next left just after the Premier Inn onto Diriebught Road. Follow this road veering right onto Midmills Road. Just beyond the crown of the hill, the apartment is situated on your left. The parking space for the property is the second one from the right looking at the front of the building. From the South - Follow the A9 to Inverness and leave the dual carriageway at the signpost to Aberdeen and Nairn. Turn first left at the roundabout on to Millburn Road B865. Go through the next roundabout and turn next left just after the Premier Inn onto Diriebught Road. Follow this road veering right onto Midmills Road. Just beyond the crown of the hill, the apartment is situated on your left. The parking space for the property is the second one from the right looking at the front of the building. From the West - Follow the A82 into Inverness city centre following the road straight on (B861) until you cross the bridge over the River Ness. Follow the road as it turns right up past the castle just before the pedestrian area of the city centre. Go straight ahead at the traffic lights towards the top of the hill (left hand lane) and turn left on to Old Edinburgh Road (B853). Turn left at the next set of traffic lights on to Southside Road. At the next set of traffic lights, follow the road round to the right/straight ahead on to Union Road. Turn right at the junction on to Midmills Road and the apartment block is number 56 on your right hand side about 50 yards further on. The parking space for the property is the second one from the right looking at the front of the building. Arriving by Rail or Bus - Turn left as you come out of the station on to Academy Street. * Cross the road towards Marks & Spencer and go up Hamilton Street. Turn left and go up Stephen’s Brae on to Stephen’s Street to the traffic lights at the top. Turn left at Crown Circus and first right on to Midmills Road. The apartment block is No 56 and is approximately 200 yards on your right. *(Alternatively or if it is raining, you can go into the Eastgate Centre off Falcon Square and make your way up to the first floor by lift or escalator, then head towards the stairs/lift in the shopping area near the Next store. Go up to the 5th floor there and take the exit on the left which takes you half way up Stephen’s Brae). Summary * * *
