This is a wonderful duplex located in the posh area of Oliva Nova. It has 80 m2, capacity for 7 people and AC warm/cold.

There are two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room. Both of them are upstairs. The main room has a double bed, TV, space for a cot or an extra bed and access to a balcony with views to the pool and the golf course. The second bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed. In this floor there is a full bathroom.

The independent kitchen is downstairs and it is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. There is a little space where you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this floor there is a toilet.

In the living room you will find a comfy sofa-bed, TV and a dining table. From the living you can access to the terrace furnished with table and chairs, where you will be able to have breakfast while enjoying the views to the communal pool and garden.

The pool has 55 m2 and it is shared with only 4 apartments. It is surrounded by a huge extension of fruit trees. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. Every apartment of this building has two parking spaces in the garage.

Oliva Nova is a residential area with one the best beaches of the region. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a golf course (Oliva Nova Golf) and an equestrian centre.

It is the perfect place to have a fantastic holiday with your friends and family. Pets are allowed on request (less than 5 kg)
