The property was spacious and clean. Farmer Vic was amazing. The kids loved feeding the animals on the farm. Lots of fun activities for all!
We had a lovely weekend in the old milking parlour my grandchildren enjoyed collecting eggs with farmer vic! And i would definitely stay here again
Our family stayed at the Old Milking Parlour Christmas 2016. Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation. We all had a fabulous time and I highly recommend. The flood lit football pitch was also a hit with the kids and adults. The owner is very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return.
We all really enjoyed our stay and especially Vic showing the children the animals again, much appreciated. We did have a bit of a problem with the heating, but Vic was on the case and I am sure it will be fine for the next guests. I have already recommended this property to friends and we hope to be back soon!
We loved the communal living area upstairs with a huge table for us all to gather around. Bedrooms had everything you needed and the whole place was spotless and decorated to a high standard. Underfloor heating kept us toasty. To top it off, fresh eggs were delivered to us on Saturday evening and there were 4 double yolkers! Such a lovely touch and much appreciated by us all.
A lovely clean, very well presented property with wonderful showers, a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms - perfect for a large family group like ours. Child friendly there was a park and the kids enjoyed feeding the animals and hunting for eggs with the very welcoming farmer Vic. would highly recommend.
