Discover this comfortable holiday home 250 metres from the beach! The ideal distance for a great holiday by the sea. In the enclosed garden facing south west with a terrace you can enjoy the sun and recover from your day with a glass of wine. There is a barbecue. In the grass garden with play equipment and sandbox, you have a view of the rolling countryside towards the sea. The children will have a wonderful time here, they can play badminton, football or a have a game of boules (petanque). The house has a well-kept interior and is equipped with conveniences such as underfloor heating to make it agreeable indoors!

Situated on the east coast of the Cotentin peninsula, Quinéville is located 8 km south of Valognes, which is also known as the \"little Versailles of Normandy\". Here you can walk around on the weekly market and see the Gallo-Roman ruins and the patrician houses. Tennis court, supermarket and restaurant within walking distance.

The Trappist monastery in Bricquebec is still used by the monks (25 km). It was founded in 1824 by a local priest. Here you can visit the church and the old castle with the ramparts in the town itself.

Prima accommodatie, ruimer dan gedacht. Eigenaar is oudere, enthousiaste maar louter Frans sprekende man. Omgeving is heel mooi, dicht bij zee, bakker, slager, museum. Rustig dorpje, met supermarkt ook.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen. Mit unseren Schulfranzösischkenntnissen haben wir auch das nötigste klären können.

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und geräumig, alles war funktionstüchtig. Garten und Terasse sind groß. Es gab keine direkten Nachbarn bis auf die Bäckerei. Die grenzte direkt ans Haus. Jeden Morgen gegen 5 Uhr wurden die ersten Baguettes aus dem Ofen geholt. Der Duft weckte mich regelmäßig, da ich bei offenem Fenster schlief.

Sehr angenehm war übrigens die Abwesenheit von Fliegen und Mücken !!

Goed ontvangen door een fransman die geen andere taal sprak behalve frans, opgevangen met een lekkere streektaart. De omgeving is fantastisch, het huisje lig meteen naast een bakker, een parkeerplaats, een jeu de boulle baan en aan de grote weg, dat waren wat minder leuke puntjes, maar voor de rest een leuke plek met de strand dichtbij, wat weer erg positief was, de bedden ietwat krakkemig, maar voor de rest funtioneerde alles in het huis.
