Between sea and mountain, Architect house Art Deco of the 30s, on two levels, with old wooden floors and exposed beams.

Vintage atmosphere, the house is completely renovated and furnished.

Guests can enjoy a large living area that includes a living room with its high ceiling and mezzanine, a separate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen.

It is also nice to relax in the patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The house is located in the center of Perpignan, quiet, on the corner of a quiet and a pedestrian street.

- By train: TGV Paris - Perpignan (5 hours), train station: 6 minutes walk

Delightful Art Deco House

As the description indicates, this is an architectural gem that is both nicely preserved and has tasteful modern updates. It is very comfortable and well-located: an easy walk from the train station and a reasonable walk to downtown Perpignan. The house is bright, nicely furnished, and has a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely private patio, that provides a nice spot for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon or evening break. Our group was four adults - a couple and two friends - and we found the house very comfortable for our three night stay. The one very minor quirk to be prepared for is a second floor toilet room that is a half-flight of stairs up from the three bedrooms.

Perfect rental in Perpignan!

We rented this wonderful property for 4 nights. We were 3 adults and our 2 teenage granddaughters. The apartment/house met all our needs - the kitchen was very well equipped and thankfully had many food items that we could use. The beds were extremely comfortable and furnished with nice linens. The outdoor patio, festooned with beautiful climbing roses and other flowering shrubs, was perfect for that late afternoon wine and cheese. A parking spot was always available in front of the apartment. Two groceries were within an easy walk, including a lovely organic grocery as well as a small bakery. The train station was also an easy walk away. The neighborhood was safe. The couple who settled us in were very helpful and accommodating. Would most definitely stay here again. A great spot in a beautiful city!

Fue muy agradable nuestra estancia en su casa y agradecemos también su atención con el leve accidente de mi amiga. Estuvimos 14 amigos que nos dividimos en dos casa, la suya (1765554) y la 1091473 (Sra. M. Fourquet). Nos gusto mucho la destacada arquitectura de su casa, así como los muebles antiguos que la decoraban.

Totalmente recomendable.

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans sa maison et je vous remercie également pour votre attention avec le léger accident de mon ami. Nous étions 14 amis que nous divisons en deux maisons, 7 dans sa maison (1765554) et 7 dans la maison 1091473 (Mme M. Fourquet). Nous avons vraiment aimé l'architecture exceptionnelle de votre maison, mais aussi les meubles antiques qu'il décorer.
