Located a short 15 Minute Drive to Dreams Park Baseball Village. We housed over 20 families last Baseball Season for Dreams Park and All Star Village.
The Baseball Hall of Fame is a 15-20 minute drive just north. A 10 minute drive south and you are at all the major shopping areas in Oneonta.
Cooperstown Dreams Park: Is located just 15 minutes up the road. Perfect for baseball families.
Baseball Hall of Fame: Conveniently located just 15-20 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame.
The house was clean and had plenty of room. The only things I would recommend is for inexpensive shades on the windows to keep the sun out during the day.
Great location for Cooperstown activities, plenty of room for family and pets plus beautiful scenery and wildlife. ..Good trout fishing just a couple of blocks away
This property provided comfortable accomodations for 4 dads while our sons played at Allstar Village. Just a few miles down the road- would rent again!
First of all I want to thank Michael for being so accommodating. Our other house was cancelled three days before we were set to arrive and Michael worked hard to get his house ready for us on very short notice.
The house itself is very nice and roomy, we had eight adults and two children the first weekend and everyone was comfortable (we used an air mattress downstairs for one person). Close to trails, a very nice park/lake/playground (Gilbert Lake) for the kids and a lot of small town charm. Thank you!
the house was clean not to far from cooperstown . it had everything we need there. very cozy and plenty of space for the family and freinds. would recommand.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Alexis. The property has lots of room with two large living areas and 4 bedrooms. It's very relaxing to sit on the front deck or outside by the fire pit. My kids loved making s'mores and roasting hotdogs. There is also a huge yard for them to run and play. The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the temperature in the house. It was very warm upstairs at night even with the air on.(no central air). I also suggested to the host about a screen door on the main door. Having a nice breeze come through the house would've been great and we would've been able to leave the air off more often. Michael the host of this property was wonderful in responding promptly to our concerns and I found it easy to contact him. The drive is scenic to Cooperstown and takes about 15-20 minutes. We also enjoyed having wifi in the house as our cell phones (AT&T and tmobile) didn't have service.
