House for 6 to 8 people, very well located for visiting the famous area surrounding the pretty town of Draguignan. The property is 5 minutes drive from Draguignan town center and only 30 km from Frejus and the nearest beach, 12 km from St Endreol Golf Course, 37 km to Golf de Valescure, 49km to one of the most beautiful lakes, lake of St Croix. Ideal situation for visiting the Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful picturesques villages around. Draguignan is also only 48 Kms from the famous village of St Tropez and its surrounding.

The house is 110 m square with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs features: 1 x double bedoom with fitted wardrobe, 2 further bedrooms with 2 x single beds and fitted wardrobe in each and a large bathroom with walk- in shower and wc.

Ground floor features: A garage with washing machine, 1 x double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with walk-in shower and wc, a very modern American kitchen/diner, all equipped with American fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bar area and dining area opening through double doors to the outside terrasse .

An open lounge with 4 sliding glass doors also opening to the terrasse.

The front of the property features a pretty garden with private parking spaces and at the back of the property, a terrace accessed by steps and ramp for wheelchair/pushchair access, and a landscaped garden with swimming pool.

Un séjour très agréable!

Une maison pratique, bien équipée et bien agencée, de la sécurité pour les enfants autour de la piscine...

Une grande disponibilité des propriétaires avant et durant notre séjour, une belle rencontre avec Sophie et Stanislaw!

Le bruit de la circulation sur la route toute proche est parfois un peu gênant, mais dû à quelques conducteurs énervés...

Bref, un beau séjour et une situation appréciable pour visiter la région!

Surperbe location, accueil chaleueux.

Bien située pour découvrir la région, que ce soit pour aller sur la côte ou visiter l'arrière pays, la location est aussi propice au farniente avec son jardin paysagé, terrasse et sa belle piscine. La maison est très grande, bien agencée, et pour concocter des repas provençaux, la maison est aussi très bien équipée...Avant notre arrivée Sophie s'est montrée très disponible pour nous fournir tous les détails et réponses à nos questions et sur place l'accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité de son oncle sont très appréciables. Nous avons bien apprécie notre séjour.

Super séjour (déb juillet)

Excellent séjour.

Proche de toutes commodités (centres commerciales, pizzerias... même une gare pour pouvoir aller visiter en TER). Il y a quand-même besoin de votre voiture pour les accéder.

La piscine a été super appréciée pas les enfants.

La ville est proche des plages autour de Frejus et St Tropez.

Et il y a plein de plages parfaites pour faire de snorkeling.

Comme chez nous

Nous avons trouvé cette location inextremis et quelle chance!!!

Je recommande vraiment cette location pour d une part sa situation, le Var étant un département magnifique et la Ville de draguignan très bien situé, entourée de très beaux villages.... non loin des gorges du Verdon,....a 30 min des plages ....

La maison est très fonctionnelle , très agréable , d un volume idéale , nous étions 7 et nous avions vraiment de la place.

Et la piscine dont nous avons vraiment profité.

De plus, Ce qui nous a fait aimé cette location, c est l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires .

Ils n ont rien laissé au hasard.

In Draguignan, you should go and take a stroll to the old Tour de L'horloge for a magnificent view of Draguignan town and its surrounding.

Also not to be missed " Le dolmen de la pierre de la Fee" and for wartime history why not take a stroll to the famous American Cemetery and Memorial.

You should visit the villages/town around Draguignan such as Chateaudouble, Lorgues, Bargemon, Flayosc, Fayence, Salernes, Cotignac, Sillans la Cascade. Check the Market day!

Le Thoronet Abbey is a MUST- a former Cistercian abbey built in late twelth and early thirteenth century, now restored as a museum.

The lake of St Croix, with many activities around, very close to the Gorges du Verdon, is worth a visit with the very pretty village of Bauduen.

Winery tours, you have a fair number around Draguignan:
