Camden is one of the most visited villages in Midcoast Maine. This luxury Post and Beam home built in 2004 sits on 3.5 acres on the ocean next to Camden Hills State Park and Mt Battie. This enables visitors to hike the many mountain trails on Mount Battie and take in stunning views of Penobscot Bay and its islands. This home is an easy walk to beautiful Camden Harbor where you can enjoy Windjammer sailing, shops, restaurants, library, amphitheater and Camden Opera House. Lake Megunticook is nearby offering freshwater swimming, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Camden is truly a wonderful place to spend your next vacation!!

Our extended family rented this home for a heavenly week on the Maine coast. The water views, giant ceilings, and post and beam construction make this one of a kind home so memorable. Everything was in fine working condition and the huge and fully equipped kitchen provided a chance for some relaxed family dinners. Bob was very helpful on the pre-rental questions as well as getting us settled upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious.
We spent leisurely mornings looking at the ocean from the living room or decks or walking down to the rocky beach. The location provided easy access to Mount Battie, Camden, and even Acadia. Went on our first sailing experience out of Camden Harbor. The night sky was breath taking.
The house provided ample space if you needed a quiet setting to read but the main living area was perfect for gathering.
We were so very happy with this house.
The home was lovely and had plenty of space. The lack of Internet signal was frustrating. A railing at the bottom of the shoreline trail would be a great improvement. All else was wonderful. The town was quaint and had great shops.
We spent three great weeks in this house. The house comfortably accommodated a family re-union our first week for 14 -- sisters, bro in laws, and nieces and nephews, the youngest being 11yo. We had a "lobster fest" for 22 one night -- a wonderfully memorable experience for all. We had more family and friends stay with us during our second and third weeks. The size of the house, the openness of the main floor yet layout of the bedrooms allows for gatherings and conversation as well as seclusion and rest. Bob, who manages the property was gracious and attentive in making our stay comfortable, and making us feel at home.
Our family reunion was perfect and a huge part of the success was that we rented this luxurious, spacious, and wonderfully located house. The communication re arrangements were timely and helpful. The entire experience was positive. Thank you!
This beautiful and spacious home provided setting for extended family gathering and anniversary celebration - the views are breathtaking, the location is perfect, and open floor plan met our needs perfectly - great memories were made - so glad for our time at 325!
This home is a 10! Our two weeks this summer were wonderful. Three generations..parents, 3 adult siblings with spouses and 4 granddaughters. Great amount of room to be together AND to spread out. The house is gorgeous and wonderfully appointed in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The house and property are very well maintained and the property manager is extremely responsive. The view of the water is magical and ever-changing. Access to the Bay for kayaking is convenient and Camden Harbor is a nice paddle. The sound of the small waterfall next to the house is very soothing. During our stay we were visited by wild turkeys, countless waterfowl, osprey and a pair of bald eagles.
Two weeks were not enough to visit all that this part of Maine has to offer. We are returning next summer to see more.
On the ocean next to Camden Hills State Park and Mt Battie. Enjoy the spectacular views and walking trails from Mt Batti “Where The Mountains Meet the Sea.” Just 1.5 miles to downtown Camden. Enjoy the peace and tranquility and still be within walking distance with a sidewalk to the village.
