Excellent, modern, ground floor corner apartment on the prestigious Carrascal development within the La Sella Golf urbanisation. This secure complex is in a fabulous position right on the fairway and apart from stunning golf views it also enjoys views of the Montgó mountain and to the sea.

The apartment has a lovely covered terrace on the edge of the pool and garden area. The lounge / dining room is bright and airy, leading into a modern, fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and dressing area. There is a further double bedroom (twin beds) and a family shower room.

très agréable

Location très agréable un peu excentrée avec une belle vue.

Belle piscine parfois bruyante en fonction de la clientèle. La proximité du golf n'est pas toujours une bonne chose, à deux reprises les balles ont fini leur course contre les murs !! on ne peut pas contrôler le niveau des joueurs.

Bel appartement dommage que les ustensiles de cuisine soient vétustes voir inutilisables (poêle et casseroles...) !

Quatre transats en plastiques sur la terrasse mais seulement 2 matelas ! Compte tenu du prix de la location je pense qu'il faut les remplacer ainsi que le salon de jardin avec des assises enfoncées.

Néanmoins vous passez un agréable séjours surtout en RDC avec la piscine à quelques mètres et la plage à 20 mns en voiture.
