Completely renovated to a high standard in 2015 this 2 bedroom apartment is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the restaurants, bars, café, shops and amenities of the city centre. Ideal for holiday makers, guests visiting friends and family or business user, available for rental throughout the year from 2 nights upwards.
There is a limited on-street parking outside the apartment for which a permit is included at no extra cost, additional fee paying parking is available beside Eden Court Theatre just 300 meters away.
Wi-Fi internet access is included.
Accommodation & Facilities
The apartment is located above an insurance shop which closes at 5pm during the week. All rooms in the apartment are on the same level accessed by a stairway from its own entrance.
Lounge – a three seat settee and arm chairs provides seating for 4 guests. There is a small dining room table and 4 chairs and TV with Freesat channels.
Kitchen – newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and microwave.
Bedroom 1 – double bed , bedside cabinets, clothes storage, mirror, alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 2 – twin bedroom, clothes storage, mirror.
Bathroom – double size shower (electric), wash hand basin and wc.
There is an iron and board, clothes airier and hairdryer.
It was a amazing home to stay. I was with my friends and we had a great time. It was a very clean apartment and had all the utilities we needed and with an excellent location. Will definitely recommend this place
Apartment was clean and comfort. Missing dish machine. Nice decorated. Some noice of street was disturbing at night.
We found this apartment to be excellent.
It's a wonderful central location with all the comforts of home. Nice double bedroom to the rear of the property with a very comfy double bed and storage. The twin bedroom is to the front of the property, which we didn't use but looked very comfortable. A lovely easy to keep clean apartment with the laminate and tiled flooring throughout and well equipped kitchen made it a pleasure to stay in and we will return.
Easy walking distance of the river and lovely walks. Also just walk over the bridge to the centre of Inverness and the High Street shops. Excellent bakery at end of the street for morning rolls (and lovely steak pies too!), and Tesco just around the corner, meant we could walk to get supplies for every day use and yet also be within easy walking distance of restaurants in the town. Parking permit was a boon and we found parking very easy on the street.

Apartment was quiet and very spacious for the four of us.
Excellent provision of parking permit meaning we could park close by to the apartment.

I loved this flat, and my family also loved it. It was perfect for us, a family of four, and the location is great. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Les and Sheila were great hosts, and even decorated the flat for Christmas.
Situated 300 metres or so from the city centre. Easy access by car, train or bus.
