Completely renovated to a high standard in 2015 this 2 bedroom apartment is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the restaurants, bars, café, shops and amenities of the city centre. Ideal for holiday makers, guests visiting friends and family or business user, available for rental throughout the year from 2 nights upwards.

There is a limited on-street parking outside the apartment for which a permit is included at no extra cost, additional fee paying parking is available beside Eden Court Theatre just 300 meters away.

Wi-Fi internet access is included.

Accommodation & Facilities

The apartment is located above an insurance shop which closes at 5pm during the week. All rooms in the apartment are on the same level accessed by a stairway from its own entrance.

Lounge – a three seat settee and arm chairs provides seating for 4 guests. There is a small dining room table and 4 chairs and TV with Freesat channels.

Kitchen – newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and microwave.

Bedroom 1 – double bed , bedside cabinets, clothes storage, mirror, alarm clock radio.

Bedroom 2 – twin bedroom, clothes storage, mirror.

Bathroom – double size shower (electric), wash hand basin and wc.

Appartement très confortable et très propre, moderne, joliment décoré, au calme (même s'il y a beaucoup de voitures qui circulent dans cette rue). Par contre il manque des ustensiles de cuisine : plats, saladiers, poêles ... C'est dommage !

Lovely flat, just as pictured

We very much enjoyed our stay in this flat, which is very close to everything in Inverness. We very much appreciated having a parking permit which allowed us to leave our car, since we walked everywhere in the city. The flat's furnishings were lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There was no hot water in the kitchen during our stay, though. And although there is a clothes washer, there is no dryer, so be sure to allow adequate time for your laundry to air dry.
