About the property

This is a large (165m2), light 4 bed apartment with tiled floors and high ceilings, in a beautiful, typically Canneoise building in the heart of the city. A 2 minute walk from the station and 4 minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, Croisette and a choice of beaches, this apartment is perfectly situated for a corporate stay, city break or a base from which to explore the delights of the beautiful French Riviera.

Each bedroom has a king sized bed, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living room is comfortable and welcoming and the dining room is the perfect setting for entertaining with an imposing dining table and typically french chandeliers setting the scene perfectly.

We have made sure that this home has been refurbished to the highest specification and that the style is not just in keeping with the old Canneoise decadence of the architecture but is luxurious in its furniture and feel. The apartment screams class and comfort.


There is an additional CLEANING AND UTILITY fee of €140 euros payable UPON ARRIVAL to my Property Manager will meet and greet you.

Extremely central, walking distance to everything.

Thady was a great host, any time I had a question was always extremely prompt and thorough in responding. The property was very clean and extremely conveniently located, minutes walk to the beach, across the road from the grocery store and a few minutes walk to the train station. There were 4 of us staying for an entire week and we never felt ontop of each other, a lot of space and very affordable. I will definitely be staying there again on my future trips to Cannes.

Beautiful apartment; spacious, comfortable and perfectly located for all of our activities.

Our family was in Cannes for a wedding. The apartment was perfect for entertaining various members of the extended family and wedding guests. The kitchen was large and great for cooking. It is ideally located near the train station and was only a short distance from a car park. It housed 6 of us very comfortably, with no sense of "tripping over" each other. I don't think we ever got the TV to work, but no one was interested in watching it anyway.

Fantastic stay in a great location

We had a fantastic week staying at Thady's apartment. The apartment is centrally located, close to the beach and the main shopping and eating streets and we took full advantage of its great location.

My teenage daughters could go to the beach or to grab breakfast or lunch on their own, two older girls went clubbing with their London friends who were staying in and around Cannes at the same time and could either walk back or get a short drive with Uber. Marche Forville was 5 mins walk for all our fruit, vegetable and cheese needs and there were plenty of wonderful bakeries and patisseries close by as well as massive Monoprix right across the road from us. We had a few delicious meals in near by restaurants and it was so relaxing not having to drive anywhere.

The apartment was beautiful with high ceilings and very spacious , everything was clean and kitchen well equipped , it all helped to have a memorable and relaxing stay.

Thady was very easy to deal with during the booking process as I had to change the dates slightly and allowed a late check out on our departure day and Jonny who was assisting during our stay was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.

I would highly recommend this beautiful and conveniently located apartment.

Fantastic Cannes - Beautiful Apartment

From the moment I booked the apartment, the owner Thady and his manager, Jonny, were at hand to answer any queries. The customer service was second to none. The apartment itself is in a beautiful old building - light, airy and spacious - was hard to leave... The location is fantastic - everything is less than five minute walk and the train station, which can bring you up along the coast, is 2 minutes away. Everything was 5 star and I could not fault it - Great holiday and even better memories to treasure! We've already booked our return.
