Two bedroom quad house on a secure urbanisation with ground floor terrace and rooftop solarium for shade in the summer and all year round sun. Well situated for Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, local market, shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
On a secure gated complex in a well established quiet residential area, the house is within walking distance of beaches, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, a large weekly street market and the wonderful ZENIA BOULEVARD Shopping Centre.
Zenia Boulevard opened in September 2012 and is one of the biggest commercial centres in Europe with over 175,000m2 of retail space. It is open until late in the evening every day of the year, has free parking, free wifi and hosts entertainment events most afternoons and evenings. Shops include: Decathlon, H&M, C&A, Lefties, Zara, Zara Home, Mango, Primark, Alcampo hypermarket, Leroy Merlin, Guess, Geox and many others. There is also a pharmacy, lots of bars and restaurants, a casino and a bowling alley – needless to say we spend a lot of time there and really cannot believe our luck that it is only 10 minutes walk away from the house!
Casa Alegre is managed by a company based in Playa Flamenca so local support is available if needed during your stay.
There is a spacious communal swimming pool on the complex, with a children's pool area.
Well situated on the coast between ALICANTE and MURCIA, the villa is convenient for exploring TORREVIEJA, CARTAGENA, the MAR MENOR and much more by car.
There are many golf courses in the surrounding area, a water park in Torrevieja, also mini golf and go-karting a short distance away.
BENIDORM with Terra Mitica, Terra Natura etc. is a 1.5 hour drive away.
The property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a living/dining room with UK TV, DVD, and music system, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron etc. and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower.
There are heating/air conditioning units and ceiling fans in the living area and in both of the bedrooms.
WiFi, Netflix, a hairdryer, bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Outside there is a newly re-tiled, spacious and comfortable downstairs terrace plus a large upstairs solarium for ALL YEAR ROUND SUN!
Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Wonderful property, well equipped and full of essentials and extras. Beautiful surroundings and great communal pool. Easy access to local amenities and beaches all within walking distance. Excellent outside area's for dining and relaxing, roof terrace ideal for sunbathing. Ideal holiday home, highly recommended.
Arriving at the property we were met by Andy who introduced us to the property and showed us round. It was lovely accommodation in a very convenient location. Casa Alegre was spotlessly clean and the facilities were excellent. The Saturday market was literally at the end of the street and the beach was a very easy 15-minute walk away. Excellent position for visiting Zenia Boulevard - an open air shopping centre with lots of places to eat and drink.
Several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again if we visited Playa Flamenca again.
