This is the ground floor of lovely FR-58120-10, which can be booked separately. The holiday home is fully self-sufficient, so you have complete privacy. You only have to share the outside facilities, such as the lovely and spacious garden and the swimming pool, with the guests on the upper level, which is available as FR-58120-08. And if that unit is unoccupied you have the whole place to yourself! Both inside and outside, it is a lovely and authentic home where you can really get a sense of the good life in Burgundy.

The holiday home is in a very beautiful and tranquil location, set among rolling fields. The close proximity to Lac de Pannecière, a well-known lake which you can see from the house, is another attraction of course. The lake offers swimming and water sports. Even apart from the lake, the Morvan region has an abundance of natural beauty as well as history, such as at Château-Chinon. And no trip to Burgundy would be complete without a glass of wine. Why not enjoy one right by the pool?

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
