Welcome to the wonderful Big Island of Hawaii! Professionally decorated, our townhome is located in The Villages development adjacent to The Shops At Mauna Lani. A former model, our unit includes every upgrade offered by the developer. Unlike other homes in this complex whose yards face each other, our outdoor living space is completely private. We don't have a 2 story house next door! Feel free to sunbathe and let the kids run free in the largest yard available! Located very near to the amenities center, it's a two minute walk to the pool, spa, and workout facility.

It is also an easy two minute walk to Mauna Lani's newest shopping center. Here you will find a grocery store, restaurants (Tommy Bahama, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Monstera Japanese Cuisine, just to name a few), shopping, smoothies, and nightly cultural events. What a pleasure to walk to dinner or to the grocery to pick up a few items! The days can be hot and our location at the front of the complex is the shortest distance to The Shops. The nearby Mauna Lani and Fairmot Orchid Hotels offer fine dining, retail shops, tennis courts and spa facilities. The two golf courses at The Mauna Bay Hotel are world renowned! Hotel guest rates may be available, just ask! Last but definitly not least: our on island property manager will be available to assist you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Comes in handy sometimes and he is only a text away!

We use a more secure keyless entry system. You will be given an entry code which you can personalize instead of a key which you can lose! We have the upgraded sound system with volume controls and speakers located in the great room, lanai and master bedroom. Just perfect for listening to Hawaiian tunes on your trip to our peaceful island. Central vacuum system (but who's going to vacuum!) and whole house water filtration too!

Bedrooms: carpeted with large closets and all have their own bathroom with walk in showers, marble countertops, cherry wood cabinetry, stone flooring in bathrooms with mahogany baseboards, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms with HD cable and DVD players, whirlpool bath in the master, an upgraded 'disappearing' sliding glass door in the master lets you feel that you are part of the outdoors!, private lanai off the master, vaulted ceiling in the master with upgraded mahogany, upgraded stereo speakers in master with separate volume control lets you listen to our island's Hawaiian music!

Kitchen/great room: cherry wood cabinetry, large cooking island with casual seating, granite countertops and splashes, natural slate flooring with mahogany baseboards, oversized double sink with spray hose and 3/4 hp disposal, Dacor cooktop, oven and microwave, Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, vaulted ceiling in the great room with upgraded mahogany, entertainment center comes with a flat screen TV with HD cable, DVD and BluRay capability, Denon stereo system with volume controls in great room and lanai.

Lanai: BBQ, refrigerator, cherry wood cabinets, Brown Jordan dining table and chairs for six, Brown Jordan lounge chairs and table. We provide the propane!

Laundry room: cherry wood cabinets, mahogany baseboards, new full size washer and dryer,

This is a GREEN HOME. Features include energy efficient lighting, energy star air-conditioners and appliances and double paned heat-shielded glass in every room.

Wonderful condo

We have stayed in the Villages three times, and this is by far the best! The location is perfect..close to the pool and the shops. Jann has added special touches including laundry and dishwasher soaps, stereo throughout the house, hampers in every bedroom, and even shampoo in the bathrooms. The beds are all very comfortable as well. The local manager Bennett, was so helpful and accommodating! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great family vacation!!

We stayed with 3 kids and Grandma (6 of us) in Jann's beautiful home, it was perfect!! This home is very close to the pool AND the shops at Mauna Lani - couldn't get a better location in the entire Villages complex!

The 2 beds in the 2nd room upstairs are perfect to allow all 3 kids or 2 kids to each have their own, and every bedroom has it's own bathroom.

The condo is clean, the landscaping is beautiful and the manager (Bennett) was friendly and easy to reach if we had any issues. The yard is big enough for the kids to run around a bit and the kitchen has everything you need. We definitely recommend this property for a relaxing memorable vacation. We were sad to leave. Thank you Jann for sharing your paradise with our family :)

Loved this VRBO! It was very comfortable, beautiful, and close to everything. The owner supplied, coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, bicycles, laundry detergent, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!

The owner has thought of everything.

This house has everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and spices to make a great meal. The garage has beach gear. The lanai has beautiful furniture and a wonderful grill.

Not all units are this well appointed. Our relatives stayed in other units, and did not have the same amenities.

If this unit is available, book it! It won't be for long.
