1. The Space

Panormos Villa is located on a 4.500 sq.m. private land, on a dead-end small street, offering a peaceful surrounding.


The interior architecture and decoration is tasteful and consists of different details and comforts. Handcrafted quality furniture and warm colours create an atmosphere of blissful harmony and unrivaled charm.


The residence features two large front and rear verdant terraces with Mediterranean plants and trees, and a pergola shaded dining area.


The villa unfolds in two levels and comfortably accommodates 4 guests.

4. The Neighborhood

The location is ideal, very close to the unspoiled sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis and nearby famous Mykonian tavernas and cosmopolitan restaurants.

Mykonos Town (Chora) is only 4km away (10min drive), providing the visitor with a great variety of attractions including unspoiled beaches, archaeological places, museums, luxurious shops, a world famous nightlife and unique bars and restaurants. The villa is the perfect spot for an unforgettable island holiday!

5. Getting around

There is no public transportation in the area so a rental car or motorcycle is a must to get to and from the villa. Guests can also use a taxi service to travel around the city.

6. Other Things to Note

The villa is licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT).

The Greek National Tourism Organisation has strict rules with reference to the suitability of each property, which ensures that guests are not renting second rate accommodation during their stay in Greece.

The license is designed to ensure that the holiday accommodation is of a sufficient standard and meets certain criteria regarding room sizes and safety.

The EOT license is mandatory for all holiday accommodations.

So before choosing your holiday accommodation, make sure that the property has an EOT License!

7. House Rules

i. A legible email copy of drivers licence and/or passport is expected prior to arrival.

ii. Normally, no pets are allowed. If you can't leave yours behind, please do not hesitate to contact me.

iii. Regular cleaning is available upon request and is charged additionally.

iv. Wi-Fi Internet is offered free of charge (20GB monthly usage).

v. No additional guests permitted to stay overnight, unless approved in advance.

vi. The villa must be left in the same condition as found, except for normal usage and cleaning. Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.

vii. ILLEGAL/ ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVITY: Guest agrees that he/she will not use this apartment to engage in illegal activity or to behave in an anti-social manner. The guest agrees not to throw loud parties or engage in other acts that could cause damage to the property or cause disturbance to neighbours. Failure to comply with this may result in the immediate exclusion of the guest without any recompense for any future rental paid.

viii. PRIVACY: We strive to respect the privacy of our guests during their stay and unless requested by you we will not typically contact you during this period. In this case, if you arrive and find something that seems inadequate (e.g. something broken/missing/cleanliness etc) please contact me immediately so that I can resolve the issue. If you do not contact me immediately, I will assume that everything is fine and therefore be unable to resolve the issue. In this case, no refund will be offered at a later date.
