A newly renovated, pretty, characterful farmhouse nestled in a quiet medieval village only 10 minute drive to beautiful wide beaches of the southern Vendee.
If you are looking for the charm and character of a traditional French farmhouse, combined with high spec mod cons, this will be your choice. Excellent location, set in peaceful countryside walking distance to supermarket and 10 min drive to bustling resorts of South Vendee.
The house has four bedrooms, one en suite, a large family bathroom with walk in double shower and baineau wonderful to soak in after the beach. There is a separate cloakroom leading off the large airy flagged living room. The village is quiet and situated on the edge of a nature reserve, unusual birds are in abundance. The pretty streamed lanes surrounding the house make an excellent venue for cycling.
The garden is south facing and is lovely to sit in particularly at night with a glass of wine as the sun bathes the patio.
There is a well stocked supermarket and bar within walking distance.
Plenty to entertain children with go karting, a theme park nearby and a little further afield the spectacular Puy de Fou. A large water park L'Ogliss has recently opened within a ten minute drive from house.

Exceptional Farmhouse; great location!
We stayed at this superb Farmhouse in August with friends and had an amazing time. Perfect location in a quite village just 10 minutes from the local beach, main shops and restaurants.
The house itself is just amazing, finished to a high standard, with great facilities and plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and large dining area all of which where comfortable and clean. The garden was absolutely lovely - such a beautiful space to relax and unwind, we spent a few nights in and put the barbecue on!
Overall we had a lovely stay and will hopefully be back!

￼Rental Rules ADDRESS: 1 Rue du Fief Angles 85750 CHECK-IN TIME Flexible but must be on date of arrival before 10pm CHECKOUT before 12am This is a NON SMOKING property. PETS PETS are permitted in rental units only with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. SECURITY / RESERVATION DEPOSIT A security deposit of 200 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the holiday property. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: Usually returned on day of departure. • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. PAYMENT An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. Balance 14 days before arrival. Payments through site online security. CANCELLATIONS Option A) A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.50%refund up to 30 days. LINEN Clean linen and towels provided on arrival, washing machine available for further use. INSURANCE. Guests are strongly advised to provide own travel insurance. Owner is not responsible for loss of power effecting whole local area or floods.
