Please come to our home near Sugarloaf. The living room is 550 Sq. Ft with a new 55' Flat Screen and comfy couches, built in bar, with a great wood stove.
The dining area will seat your whole group for all of your meals.
We provide linens, there is a gas grill and an enclosed porch for your extra belongings.
Nestled in Hedgehog Village, we have two outdoor decks with beautiful views.
We are on the US Trails for Snowmobiles. It is a ski house for families or a group of friends.
FOR LARGER GROUPS, I also have an apartment below the house that sleeps an additional 6 with 2 more bedrooms, another living room, bathroom and kitchen
It has it's own separate entrance and ask me for pictures.
WOW, so the whole house is 8 BR, 2 KITCH, 3 BA, 2 LR.

I have owned my house for almost 30 years now.
It has been a journey of adding and improving this house.
I always give back to the house and perennial renters will find that I improve on something in the house every year.
This year was a new entrance with a sidewalk, a new wood stove with new tile in front and there will be a few new windows in the spring.

It is built for big fun groups who are respectful to my house.
The living room is awesome, soooooo much room to relax after a great day of skiing.
The built in bar is an attraction, as I always say 'whether you are 8 or 80, everyone wants to be the bartender'!!!!

After doing a ton of research, I was lucky enough to find this place for two families totaling 9 people including 5 young children. It had lots of room for us to all spread out and the kids to play freely. It was comfortable and we felt right at "home".
The owner was very prompt in responding to all inquiries and worked to ensure the quality of our stay.
I would highly recommend this property. It is a quick eight minute ride to the mountain and attractions. You will not find a better value in the Sugarloaf area!
Great house for large groups!
We were a group of 10-12 MBA students, and stayed for 3 nights.
We loved the place and will continue to come back in the future. The house is very neat, clean, and very well kept.
The place has it all. Plenty of room with optimum privacy and areas to gather with family and friends. It is very comfortable, and actually bigger than in the pictures.
The owner, Mike, was a great to work with, and very courteous!
He pays a lot of attention to detail and work hard to make sure that the house has everything that you need for a great time.
Looking forward to my next vacation there!
This was our second time staying at this house with a large group of 5 couples and 10-15 people total. The house is set up perfectly to eat as a large group, and the living area is set up perfectly so that everyone can comfortably relax around the woodstove or large screen tv.
Great setup for group games or plenty of room to spread throughout the house and not feel as though everyone is on top of eachother. The bedrooms give ample privacy and there were never lines for the bathrooms and showers.
The house listing is very accurate (actually bigger than pictures indicate), and the owner is very attentive and responsive, and makes renting easy and worry free. There is plenty of parking and great access to the mountains.
The house is always clean and we would be happy to recommend to any of our friends. Looking forward to renting again soon!
My extended family (15 of us) rented this property for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. It had plenty of room for all of us to not only sleep, but to truly relax. Finding a place with a table to seat us all for dinner as well as having enough comfy couches for all to relax was a treat. (No more musical chairs!!) The beds were comfy, and the water was hot for showers. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all inquiries. We will be back.
