Duck Creek Village is within driving distance from our home in Las Vegas and it is very different. A great escape to the mountains.
There are numerous ATV and Snow mobile trails.
This is the most amazing cabin in the world. It has everything a person could want and more! Very neat and amazingly clean! Nice little town within walking distance. View is stunning and great for pets as well. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you for everything!
My husband and I both love nature, wildlife, seclusion and the great outdoors. If that's what you're looking for-then Sandra 's beautiful vacation home will not disappoint you!!! Sandra has supplied everything you could possibly need for your stay-and the cabin has a real warmth to it that makes you feels right at home. It's wonderfully located between Zion and Bryce Canyon. You might also check out Cedar Breaks and Navajo Lake. We only had 4 days to spend here on our travels-but thank you Sandra for allowing us to have a vacation to remember!!
Wow what a cabin , the photos do not do this little piece of heaven justice . We walked in and we were taken away. This cabin is cozy, clean, functionalbe and delightful in every way. The beds were so comfortable I slept better then I do at home . The deck for morning coffee was amazing and the fire pit perfect in every way , you just pop the lid on and go back to it later . Most fire pits you have to use a hose leaving everything wet and impossible to light later on not this one .
We had the best time ever already looking at dates to book again as soon as possible.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very nice and well equipped, excellent experience. Thanks so much!! We would return and recommend to others.
We loved the look and feel of the cabin. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and furniture is nice.
Unfortunately the cabin suffers from inattentive owners who could make a big difference by keeping up with repairs to the washer/dryer, internet router and a few other items. The cabin hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time evidenced by numerous cob webs inside.
The cabin was very nice. It was clean and obviously well-maintained.
We loved, loved, loved the deck. It was a large, covered deck with plenty of tables and seating! The cover helped shelter from the rain so we were on the deck regardless of the weather! The best thing was the amazing view from the deck. We enjoyed watching wildlife. Plenty of birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and even several doe and fawns!
The cabin had wifi and cable TV so indoor activities were taken care of too.
Most of what you need can be found in the Duck Creek Village "downtown" area. There are a few restaurants to choose from and a hardware store if needed. The cabin is centrally located to the major attractions in the area. We went a different direction every day. There are close-by lakes for fishermen. Great area!
We enjoyed the cabin and our stay and might make it an annual destination! Thanks!
Year round recreation is enjoyed by many in the Duck Creek Village area. It is an ideal vacation spot for your entire family. With the elevation ranging between 8,500 and 11,000 feet, the summers are nice and cool, and the winters are cozy and peaceful. You can enjoy yourself by fishing the clear lakes and streams, hiking the trails through the pine and aspen trees, bicycling, horseback riding, boating and ATV riding in the summer. Visiting Navajo Lake, Duck Creek Pond, Aspen Mirror Lake and Panguitch Lake can be a relaxing escape from the big city life.
During the fall season, you may observe magnificent colors of yellow, orange, red, brown and green in the forest.
The winter wonderland brings a complete change of scenery. Snowmobilers and cross country skiers enjoy miles of hidden beauty in the winter.
Some of America's most beautiful National Parks are located in all directions. Plan a road trip to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, or Cedar Breaks National Monument.
