We are located in St. George, Utah. We have an immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury vacation rental twin home available with all the upgrades. We are located in the heart of Southern Utah's 'Color Country'.

Beautiful upgraded home: Our home is in a gated community with a community pool and spa with a bath house that serves only 20 homes. We have free Wi-Fi, a 2 car attached garage, laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board, luxury linens, a hair dryer & gas, switch activated fireplace in the great room. Our beautiful granite counter top, slate floor kitchens are complete with anything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. All you need to bring is the food!! Our large Master Bedrooms have King size beds with large mirrored closets and television and a sliding door that goes out to a patio area. The attached large Master Bathroom has 2 sinks, a large shower and separate toilet area. Our Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a large mirrored closet. The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Close proximity to an outdoor mecca: We are located 1/2 mile to the beautiful 'Canyons Softball Complex', 5 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 1-3 hours to Zion, Bryce Canyon National Park & The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We have 3 beautiful reservoirs nearby for water sports (Gunlock, Sand Hollow & Quail Creek) and miles & miles of beautiful hiking and biking trails. We are 5 minutes to the breath taking & unique Tuacahn Amphitheater also called 'Broadway in the Desert' where you can see Broadway caliber shows & concerts. St. George is home to the St. George Marathon which qualifies for the Boston Marathon, Iron Man, Huntsman Senior Games, St. George Film Festival, Shakespeare Festival (in Cedar City 45 minutes north of St. George), and so much more. We are 2 hours to Brianhead where you can ski, snowboard or tube in their park on some of the best pow pow nature offers and on a crowded day, there are only 2 in front of you in the lift lines. We have lots of fun boutique shopping nearby too!!

Why stay at a pricey hotel when you can have the comforts of home in beautiful surroundings?

This was our second stay at Lava Falls and it did not disappoint. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basic spices so we decided to eat many of our meals in. It was so relaxing after a day of exploring and hiking to come back to sit at the roomy table and see the beauty right out the windows.

The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds( one queen,one king) and high thread count sheets. I loved the walk in shower in the master bath but would have had a problem using the second bathroom's shower due to it having such high sides.

The inside living area was roomy with comfortable furniture and a TV. We were blessed with a beautiful sunset one evening while we sat outside having appetizers around the table on the covered patio.

We enjoyed going to Zion, which is about an hours drive. We really liked the beauty right in Santa Clara as we visited Snow Canyon, Tuachan Theater, and the Red Hills Desert Gardens. We discovered a new suburb east of Lava Falls call Ivins. We explored the beautiful art galleries at Coyote Gulch Art Village and had a wonderful lunch at Xetava Garden Cafe. We also were amazed at the model home in complex. There is an upscale market in Santa Clara called Harmons, which has a beautiful variety of fresh and prepared foods.

We loved our second visit at Lava Falls and we are all ready planning our next visit for next year!!!

Great vacation rental

The vacation rental met all our expectations. The house is clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Nice pool. The road has some (heavy) traffic but inside the house you barely notice that. Zion is 45 mins away and some State Parks are close by and worth a visit.

Beautiful Townhome in adventure paradise.

My husband and I booked this condo to explore Utah and Zion national park. It was absolutely lovely and impeccably kept. Everything looked brand new and the layout was spacious and roomy. We loved the backyard views and the little town of St. George. What a wonderful place to stay for loads of outdoor adventures! I'm looking forward to coming back with our teenage son and exploring new territory! Absolutely recommended. Don't hesitate!

Perfect Spot in St. George Area!!

Our condo at Lava Falls at Entrada was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful scenery of southern Utah! The condo was very comfortable and spacious, nicely furnished, and immaculately clean. The private patio has a BBQ, and outdoor dining, with stunning views of the gorgeous surrounding mountains. Great hiking in Snow Canyon is a 10 minute drive away, and you can be in Zion National Park in an hour. Shopping and good restaurants are also a 10 minute drive. The property manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, and responded quickly to our inquiries. We highly recommend Lava Falls at Entrada to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful House in Scenic Location

Three of us stayed in this house during the weekend of the St George Marathon. We found the property to be in excellent condition and attractively furnished and decorated. It was conveniently located for me to catch cycling paths both out to Snow Canyon and into St. George. We could not ask more a better place to stay! When we return to St. George, we will stay here again.
