Wonderful home for a family stay

Les Angles was a fantastic place for our family vacation that included grandparents and three kids under 10. The house has been very thoughtfully renovated top to bottom and the pool is truly fantastic, even for our 1.5 year old, who played with the waterfall infinity edge. The kitchen is brand new and very high quality - and the place is very well stocked for people who cook. The rooms are quiet and the beds are truly comfortable. It's like a little compound just around the corner from the train. Easy to get anywhere we needed to go and very attentive owners! Very happy!

Fantastic Accomodation

We went to this house for a week after a river boat cruise. We were a group of 3 couples and having the 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was what we were looking for. It was more than we expected. It had everything in it that you could think of. We had welcoming flowers, a small food supply to help us out when we first arrived. These are such nice thoughtful touches. We did not have a car, but found the TGV station so close that we used it to travel to Orange, Point du Gard and a few times into Avignon. Also the grocery store was very handy. It was hot when we were there and after touring the day, the pool was so welcoming to come back to.

We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to stay in or around Avignon. Such a beautiful city. Eddie we thank you for all your help with this reservation. Also a big thank you to Melodie who arranged our transportation getting to the house, showing us around the house, also with the leaving and transportation to the Airport, etc.

Stunning house with superb facilities

We had a fantastic week at this property near Avignon. A walk from the TGV station so accessibility is great.

The property itself is of a very high standard, providing all the usual facilities you would expect from a self-catering property plus loads of additional little extra surprises. The kids loved the inflatables and water toys by the pool and we loved the outside kitchen area and the fantastically equipped main kitchen. It truly felt like a home from home from day 1.

The management of the holiday was very well run too with emails from the owner regularly and helpful advice of what to do in the area. We were contacted by text the day before we arrived to arrange to be met the house with keys etc. It all went very smoothly and we had contact details if we needed anything during our stay.

Tranquil

My husband and 3 children aged 12, 13 and 18 stayed at the house for a week during our summer break in France. The house itself was fantastic. The bedrooms far enough apart to give the whole family privacy, there were plenty of areas to relax in and the kitchen was a chef's dream. Host Eddie was so incredibly helpful and always available to answer questions. We loved exploring the area and returning to the beautiful pool.

The location is a little remote if you are expecting to be within close walking distance to the old city however the close proximity to the TGV made it relatively easy to get in and out of the city if you don't have a car. We had a hire car which is highly recommended for the area as there are so many beautiful little villages to explore.

Eddie was also very quick to refund the security deposit without needing me to ask for it. This is very thoughtful when travelling.

Beutiful house and excellent pool

We had a wonderful time in Avignion. The house is beutiful and very well kept. The garden and the pool are amazing. Eddie and his parents are the perfect hosts and everything worked perfectly. We hope to come again soon!

Beautiful Home for a Relaxing Stay

We took the TGV from Paris to Avignon. Eddie's description states that the house is close to the TGV. It is really conveniently close--a five minute walk (although we rented a car at the TGV station and drove to the house). We were surprised that we never heard train noise the entire week. We were met by Alexander, Eddie's father. He took us on a tour and left us with the keys. The property is well-maintained and the home is beautiful. Our party of four loves to cook and eat. This kitchen was perfect for us. It contained everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals. The supermarket is close. Any time we had a question, we were able to text or call Eddie.

We only ate one dinner out at a restaurant recommended by Eddie. Restaurant l'Essentiel. We loved it so much that we went back two days later for lunch. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. There is a lot to see and do in this region of France. This house is the perfect home base for all.
