Amor de Dios apartment, ofered by Genteel Home company, it’s a fantastic apartment placed at Amor de Dios street, just in the city centre, a few metres away from Plaza de Duque and La Campana, also close to The Cathedral and Giralda.The environment is placed at "Metropol Parasol" from where you could enjoy of the best views of seville, also in best commercial area of seville, as well as endless restaurants and bars where you could enjoy the best gastronomy of the city.

The apartment is composed of three bedrooms, each one with two individual beds, two complete bathrooms, an independent kitchen, fully equipped, and a beautiful living room completely exterior and a great balcony facing the street. In addition the apartment disposes of a great private terrace, totally private, with access from outside the apartment on the top floor accesible by elevator, too. It’s furnished with garden furniture (chairs, table, loungers,...). It’s ideal to sunbathe and enjoy Sevilla’s weather having dinner, eating or just reading and enjoying a gladd of the best Spanish wine.

The building has maintained its vintage classic style although it has been completely renovated. It only disposes of apartments and two floors, being Amor de Dios apartment placed on the second one and the private terrace on the third one.

DEPOSIT: You will be asked for the card details upon arrival at the apartment.

Agreement with swimming pool and sports facilities outside the apartment (about 30 minutes by bus). Original price 16 euros day / person. Price with GENTEEL HOME only 8 euros day / person (offer valid from June 1st to September 1st).

Fantastic location, great apartment, everything needed is available.

As a family of 5 visiting from the US, we found this apartment to be just perfect for our purpose, everyone had good space, location near Alameda Hercules is simply fantastic but also walking distance from the flamenco places, great tapas places...just loved it.

Elegant apartment

The apartment is very spacious and lovely. Beds were very comfortable. However, the apartment could use soundproof windows as we could hear the noise of the traffic and noise of people talking well past midnight. Also, we found the lamps and bedside tables in the bedrooms were dusty. Overall, we were quite satisfied and the location was perfect for us.

Regarding the windows, we're a bit surprised reading this as they're in fact soundproof but of course we'll send our technician to check if they have any problem. Magnífico

Nos encantó la experiencia en este apartamento. Cercano a todas partes, con bares, restaurantes y tiendas a metros del apartamento. El equipo de Genteel-Home super amable y cordiales.

El apartamento en sí estaba nuevo, con todo de buena calidad, las camas cómodas y una gran terraza donde pudimos disfrutar cenando todos los días de nuestra estancia.

Gracias por todo y esperamos volver pronto a Sevilla!

Super séjour à Seville

Très bel appartement, très propre, très calme, bien équipé,récemment rénové je pense. Plein de petites intentions de l'agence ( café, confiture, savon, shampoing, produits d'entretien etc...La responsable nous a donné plein de renseignements pratique. Rien à redire.

Idéalement situé plein centre historique de Séville, plein de petits bars à tapas à proximité, 2 bon restaurants. Tout ce fait à pied. Il est d'ailleurs préférable de laisser la voiture au parking tout proche, car pas facile de stationner dans les rues étroites, mais les taxis arrivent 5 minutes après la demande et ne coûte pas cher.

appartement globalement de bonne qualité

appartement de belle qualité et bien situé avec quelques points à préciser pour garder une certaine objectivité :

-des photos sur le site qui agrandissent substantiellement les surfaces par rapport à la réalité

- Isolation phonique des fenêtres coté rue insuffisante du fait d'un lieu de rencontre assez proche (bar de nuit ou profil de ce type... )

En ce qui concerne les points que vous mentionnez, je voudrais ponctuer que nous avons clairement spécifié les mètres carrés exacts de l'appartement dans la section des fonctionnalités de notre site qui apparaît juste sur le coin gauche. À propos des fenêtres, elles sont en fait nouvelles et acoustiquement isolées. Comme il peut être vérifié dans google maps à la rue Amor de Dios, il n'y a pas de pub ou de discothèque dans la rue, alors je suppose que vous faites référence aux gens qui passent. Merci encore pour vos mots.
