It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Royal Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment.

The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its patios full of flowers, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma.

In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the gastronomy of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate.

They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away.

We offer you an elegant apartment of 75 meters, located in a typical Sevillian house, it is composed of a large bedroom decorated in vintage style, a bed of 1,50m x 2m, high quality sheets. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, TV 40 ", table for 4 people, The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto Coffee, a warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best of the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Comfortable, convenient, and modern

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay. Victoria was super sweet and helpful with recommendations around the city. The house was clean, great location, had a great balcony view of the street and it was very nice to be able to wash our clothes and have and outdoor area to dry them as well. Kitchen was also very well stocked and it was also very convenient to have a grocery store less than half a block away.

Bait and switch

We booked this property for a two night stay. We were notified the day before that the property had an urgent repair and we'd be relocated to another nearby apartment, property 1752323 . This was explained to be an upsell at no additional cost, since it offered 2 bedrooms instead of one, but this was not necessarily an upgrade. While the hostess was kind and the location was good, close to the cathederal and shops, the apartment quality itself was to be desired. The bathroom and overall plumbing needs updating as the water pressure is terrible, flushing the toilet becomes a two minute task. Also, if you're looking for natural light or fresh air, this is not a place to stay. The apt is completely closed off from the outside world.

Based on other reviews (RE: I was moved to a different apartment. AUG 2016), we weren't the only ones who had this experience. We would have sought out a hotel had we been aware this was the case.

Luis is a really good host! He is available and does his best to facilitate check-in. The apartment is ideal for couples. It is 3 min away from the cathedral, the area is safe. I recommend it for a pleasant stay in Sevilla!

wonderful House

Four of us (two couples) spent three nights at Casa at the end of June. It is a beautiful old house, well-maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning was very nice, since the weather was very hot when we were there. Inmaculada met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. It was a 3-minute walk from the historic center of town and the cathedral. We would definitely recommend to friends or family traveling together.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful old Sevillan house. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet.

The location is perfect, within short walking distance of the main attractions of the city, in the old Jewish neighborhood, surrounded by adorable streets where you want to get lost, many restaurants and bars, and is located less than 2 minutes from the Casa de Pilatos, a real jewel of architecture.

Inmaculada welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the info we needed, even provided the basic elements for a first breakfast (our plane arrived quite late), but let us live our life without ever intruding. This was just perfect. We knew we could count on them but in all freedom.

I will recommend it warmly to anyone going to Sevilla and will return without the least hesitation!

Why Stay Anywhere Else?

WOW! Loved this apartment. The location was as good as it gets. Right in the middle of all the sights and activities. The apartment was spacious and very well appointed. We were fortunate to be in Sevilla for La Feria and it was something to behold. Inmalucata family were a pleasure to meet. I don't think I could have done any better than staying in this apartment. Love Spain. Love Seville. Love this Apt.
