Our original home is decorated for warmth & comfort with our guests in mind. 2200 + square feet (675 meters) of open and social space ideal for families, friends, and business professionals.

4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, huge fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, kitchen eating bar, formal dining room & formal living room. Family/TV room. Large private back yard with a beautiful pool and covered patio. Full amenities including large flat screen TV with hi-def and movie channels, DVD, and speedy wi-fi Internet. Bright colors and import furnishings to provide warmth, comfort & character.

3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs, 1 King & 3 Queen size beds.

Complete with quality linens and giant pool towels, fully stocked kitchen and utility room for laundry. The large back yard (garden area) with a large covered patio and pool privately secluded by a full fence and mature garden to sunbath and swim in seclusion. We have recently added a hot-tub to the patio for your enjoyment. Full patio table & chairs, lounge chairs for the pool including a large gas BBQ for grilling meals.

We take great pride in offering a warm, uniquely decorated, and sparkling clean home for our guests.

Rental rates & general information: Our rates are based upon the actual number of guests staying in the home however; slightly. We require at least a 3 night minimum stay.

Our mid week rates start at $175-200 per night and $250-300 on weekends. Our weekly rates vary from $1050- 1250. Generally the longer the stay, the cheaper the nightly rate.

Our terms; we ask for one half of the total rental fees up front to secure your dates and the remaining balance (the 2nd half) is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We do not impose any 'hidden fees' or added taxes on top of the quoted rate. We send an email reminder alerting you final payment is due. If our two-payment plan is a challenge, please inquire and we will work with you. We are flexible with payment options and make every effort to make this an easy process. It's also possible to forgo the deposit after speaking with you.

Please inquire with regard to monthly or long term rates.

We require a $135-150 cleaning fee as well as a $350-450 security and damage deposit. Our rates and deposit may be slightly higher in summer months due to high cooling and energy costs in Nevada. Our pool is heated via solar panels on the roof of the home which provides extra warmth in both the early & late summer months (shoulder seasons).

We do not have hidden fees for heating the pool or cooling the home, the price we quote is your final rate. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible in our unique home and ensure this is an simple process for you. Should you like to request additional amenities or special services please don't hesitate to inquire, we're happy to help.

Our Home: We are the owner/operators of the home and actually live in the same neighborhood. We are not a rental agency or real estate management company. We have taken great care and pride in remodeling our home with quality materials and furnishings to make it original, uniquely decorated, and most of all, comfortable. The home is 4 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One master bedroom bath with walk in shower, vanity area, separate bath. Second bath is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Third bathroom is a full 3/4 bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have been completely remodeled and newly tiled or stone.

Beautiful and quiet

The property is well-maintained and very beautiful. The pool is a great spot and private, although we do wish it could have been warmer. Mike is an accommodating owner. He allowed us to enter the home earlier than standard check-in time, ensuring we would have the home as soon as we arrived from the airport. We had a wonderful honeymoon, and would rent this home again in the future.

Best trip to Las Vegas! Our group of 7 stayed for 1 week and everything was great. The house has everything you would ever need and the neighborhood was wonderful! We didn't want to leave and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Amazing property at amazing value

We were four mellow guys in town for March Madness, tennis and hiking. The house is immaculate. The open floor plan of the den and kitchen was perfect for us to make meals while watching basketball. The pool and patio are wonderful, the location is handy for any need including access to The Strip and the airport. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and Mike was highly accommodating and easy to work with. All was as advertised (or better), including Mike's excellent reputation. We'll stay here again!

Wonderful and peaceful retreat

My colleagues and I were so grateful for this lovely and tranquil home away from home during our Las Vegas stay. We were up in Vegas for the CES convention, and it was awesome to come "home" to this space after crazy days on the show floor. Mike is a wonderful host, and his home his equipped with everything you could think of for a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. He even provided us with a welcome note, chocolates, and was easily accessible through the entire visit. I also left my wedding ring after leaving (yikes), and he met up with one of my co-workers to make the exchange. Highly recommend.

We like it a lot . Is a nice place . But needs a few up grades to make it better.

It will be really nice if they have a patio heater for the winter season . We want to be outside in the pool area but was so cold . So we coulnd't enjoy the outside are alot .

Owner's Response: Maria, We're happy you liked our home "alot" and gave us a five star review. Unfortunately, I'm confused by the comment; "needing a few upgrades to make it better". Does this simply mean adding a patio heater? You stayed over New Years Eve, one of the coldest times of the year. Apologies, we have no control over the weather. Many times our guests do not realize how cold it actually gets in the desert during winter. Our home has been completely remodeled from the floors to the ceilings. Our furnishings are also in top notch shape and continually replaced when worn. I'm unsure what "upgrades" we could do (or recommended) other than the requested patio heater during the winter time. We hope you will return during the warmer months and take advantage of our serene pool & patio area.

The DDD House is located approximately 3 miles immediately west of the central Las Vegas Strip. We are tucked away in a quiet & secluded cul-de-sac providing peace & quiet and plenty of privacy in a classic Las Vegas neighborhood. Shopping, grocery markets, recommended restaurants, are literally within minutes of the home. We are very centrally located and convenient to most everything Las Vegas has to offer, we are situated in a truly HASSLE FREE & CENTRAL LOCATION.

Once in the home you will never know you are this close to the Strip. Quiet, peaceful, private, convenient, and close to everything yet far enough away to escape when you need a break.

Other Activities: Las Vegas Casino's within minutes of our home

Golf: There are many fine golf courses in Las Vegas and with our central location, many are within 20-30 minutes of the home. There is plenty of room to store clubs at our home.

Ski: Skiing is available on Mt. Charleston at Kyle Canyon.
