Lovely property, very well furnished and equipped, with an amazing outdoor space

Strategically located just meters far from Saint Lucia railway station but at the same time not far from the geometric city center the apartment can accomodate up to 6 people in two double bedroom and a comfortable queen sofabed Placed in the living room.

It has two well stocked supermarkets, some food stores and a plenty of small restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and typical bars just nearby.

Rialto is abt 10 minutes walk and San Marco 20 minutes.

Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop is just few meters far, no bridges to cross, and San Stae Alilaguna shuttle / ferry stop is really close as well.

The plus of this property is its outdoor space, part of an amazing garden Which overlooks the Grand Canal.

Air conditioning and wifi will make your stay pleasant definitively.

Wonderful Location

Loved the location. The apartment is truly on the Grand Canal with a side canal that goes right past the bedrooms and bathroom. Where else can you sit on the toilet and watch the gondolas go by. We had cold weather for the beginning of October so we didn't get to enjoy the patio and the garden on the Grand Canal as much as we would like, but it would have been fabulous if the weather cooperated. You are very near a water bus stop and close to a grocery, bakery and several fabulous restaurants. If I go back, I would rent the same place. Our only complaint was that it was cold and they said it was not time to turn on the heat. Mornings were a little bit uncomfortable.

A dream location in Venezia

Staying here was an Italian vacation dream come true. Right on the Grand Canal where we would have our coffee every morning and cocktail every night. Ana was a great help getting situated and Mario is very easy to work with. There are piazzas everywhere in the area with great restaurants and wonderful service. We will definitely go back!

Great location of the Grand Canal

This is the place to stay if you want to be a part of the Venice experience. The apartment was lovely and the location to accessing water buses. A place I would stay again and recommend to others.

Quiet neighborhood on the grand canal

The apartment was just as described on the website. It was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed having access to a lovely courtyard where we could watch the gondolas and boats traveling both the Grand Canal and the smaller canal beside the apartment.

Ana, who met us at the vaporetto stop, was very friendly and helpful and spoke wonderful English. She returned to the apartment when we were unable to get the heat turned on. The apartment was spotless and charming.

The location was within easy walking distance of the major attractions but we enjoyed being able to experience a real Venice neighborhood away from the crowds of tourists.

There was a town square nearby that had several coffee shops, a grocery, restaurants and most everything that was necessary for daily living. It was also very handy to the vaporetto stop and train and parking areas.

Venice is truly a magical city and our only regret was that we couldn't spend more time there.

Excellent Apartment and Great Service

This was a spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment that made our visit to Venice very special. The apartment was well equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, large refrigerator, gas cooktop, microwave, etc. (no English Channels on the TV although we enjoyed a Funny videos program).

One bathroom is small, the other quite spacious. One bedroom has twin beds and the other a queen bed. The beds were firm but comfortable. There is a dining table with six chairs, more than adequate for the four of us. I believe the two couches would be adequate for children and may be pull out couches.

The apartment is easy to reach and we were given excellent directions. In fact, the apartment is bordered by the Grand Canal and a secondary canal which a water taxi can reach so you are directly deposited to the courtyard in front of the apartment.

We were met at the apartment manager who instructed us on securing the apartment and nearby grocery store and restaurants.

The best part is the outside yard and terrace. There is a table and chairs and retractable awning which is private to the apartment. The rest of the yard is shared although we only saw two other people at one time during our stay.

Imagine having access to the Grand Canal from your apartment. We didn't even know about the Regatta which was happening during our stay.

I must also mention the apartment was spotless

I would highly recommend it for your stay.
