Wonderful Apartment & Wonderful Holiday

We have just enjoyed a lovely holiday in this apartment.

Brixham is gorgeous... lovely harbour, great places to eat and this apartment is the perfect base -bright, airy and spacious. A truly 5/5 star rating!

Fabulous

We are two couples who have been going away together for a week every year in the Spring for about 15 years and Harbourside has got a resounding vote for superb accommodation - absolutely everything we needed and very clean with little touches everywhere. Matthew and his wife Rosie should be congratulated for making it a home from home and being readily available for any queries or information needed. Having a second lounge was also a bonus. Brixham is a lovely laid back little town and we found everyone so welcoming and friendly. Definitely on the list to return to. Thank you for a great week on the Devon Coast.

One of the best holday rentals we have stayed in!

We stayed here over Easter and had a fantastic time. The living space is very plush, clean and spacious. My 9 year old son loved the reclining chairs and ice dispenser! The on-suits were lovely. The view fantastic! The location is excellent, we recommend the Break-Water Bistro. Parking was ok, the space provided is 200 metres away on a narrow lane.

beautiful apartment

fab apartment lovely and clean great views from front windows. had lovely time no problems at all everything was perfect. took my 2 yorkies with us and they loved it.would definitely recommend this apartment. its a great base for exploring devon. we dident want to leave. mark and brian

Really Stunning

Really Lovely apartment,wonderful views.Comfort in every respect .Every need was met,parking was not a proplem with a permit provided and useful for many car parks in area.Dog welcomed and she loved it to bits, With train and boat rides all welcoming the dog,Very good size too so never felt cramped and good showers off both bedrooms,Very handy when husband taken sick overnight.Mathew was just the way he should be there if needed but not intrusive.One thing I didn,t know was that there was a dish washer and others weren,t sure so loads of washing up liquid there.Having said that it was so nice to see a good range of cleaning stuff which so often are not in rentals and hand soap and loo rolls . So everything is there for you when you arrive even a pint of milk.Yes in all am very impressed and hope to stay again one day,Also so nice not have to provide large damage deposit months before which when one is on a tight budget is sometimes impossible to find.Thank you Mathew and Rosie for a lovely holiday

Simply stunning

We have recently been lucky enough to spend a week in this beautiful apartment, and cannot fault it in any way. The furnishings are of the highest standard and the views from the living areas are amazing. Being located right on the quay meant that we didn't need to use our car for the week as everything is right there on the doorstep. Contact with the owners was easy, and I really appreciated the call from Matthew to ensure we had settled in. He offered some good advice regarding walks for the dogs and really seemed to be keen to ensure we had the best holiday possible. The bedrooms and ensuite facilities are great and the outside space was an added bonus. We found all the locals very friendly, especially when one of our boxes broke upon arrival and we sent tins of dog food rolling down the pavements! Some kind men not only helped to retrieve them, they then helped us to take our luggage up to the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment to everyone! Brixham is a beautiful part of the world and when we return, which we will, we hope to be lucky enough to be able to stay here again. Karen, Lyn and Iain

The Harbour Side apartment over looks in the Inner and Outer harbour including the replica of Drake's Golden Hind. Ferries to Paignton, Torquay and Dartmouth and just 1 minute away.

The famous South West coast path goes right pass the property and you can enjoy many miles of walking should you wish especially to Berry Head with its two Napoleonic Forts and views up to 60 miles.
