Beautiful old house of 200m2 with private pool and beautiful garden

Completely renovated in 2015, this beautiful property of over 3000m2, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, combines the charm of old and modern comfort: large kitchen fully equipped (fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob with 2 induction burners, plus 2 gas burners, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster)

Its beautiful garden bordering the terrace is dominated by a large if you enjoy the refreshing shade in the heart of summer. Traditional grill (charcoal plusbois at will) anda fixed to mobile gas grill (Camping Gas) will allow you to enjoy grilled to your liking either yew in the garden or on the sunny terrace.

You will dive with delight into the large swimming pool (4x8) around which you can relax in the lounge chairs. Or taste with happiness the pleasure of a siesta under the trees: walnut, fig, lime, olive, pine, etc.

The 30s were carefully preserved tiles, and the whole house has been restored: electricity, plumbing, new bedding, quality bathroom: walk-in shower on the ground floor, separate toilet in the bathroom that includes a shower and a small first floor bath

Half-season porch is lovely to enjoy Dujardin

For children, besides the pool, trampoline and table tennis are available to them

It is possible to fish and swim in the river Gardon, which flows through the valley cons below.

  • All rooms are air conditioned, nice and spacious (20m2), except Nacre room (16m2) They all offer the possibility of internet access and TV. All have double-glazed windows and have been renovated in full (painting, plumbing, electricity). Bedding, new (2015), is of excellent quality: Minimum 18 cm thick mattress. Light duvets (in 150x200 to 240x220 for singles and doubles) are made available as well as 65x65 square pillows. The sheets can be provided upon request at a price of € 10 per person per week. Large and small toilet towels are also available for € 10 per person. 2 beds umbrella for BB can be borrowed for free on request. Note: Pearl and Emerald rooms are interconnecting, for a couple and their children.

Trés agréable maison

Jolie maison ancienne et trés bien rénovée avec ses 4 fraiches et grandes chambres à l'étage ( trés bonne literie). Le jardin ombragé devant la maison est un délice par grosse chaleur et la piscine est tout aussi agréable.

Maison trés au calme dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien ; un grand merci aux trés gentils propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux !
