During his stay on the island, will offer different activities that can be performed, including highlight, the visit to Loro Parque, to Siam Park, the best water park in the world, can also enjoy horseback riding, snorkeling or baptisms diving , climb to the peak of Teide, visit the typical wineries in the north of the island, we will recommend the best restaurants and any event or local party elapses during your vacation. We will try to feel comfortable is this island, and can be a pleasant memory of it.

This could be a 4 or 5 star review. The positive reviewers are right in what they say about the property.

However, our experience deserves only one star because the property doesn't have secure off-road parking. We parked as close to the house on the side of the road as possible and our car was hit twice in our first three days. After that the property managers provided us with an alternative place to park behind a padlocked gate. In there our car was damaged quite severely when a large gardening vehicle backed into it. When we booked a high-end holiday property we assumed that we wouldn't have problems of this nature. Additionally the property managers backed out of a commitment to refund us some rental days rental for our inconvenience. Not recommended.

Modern, very well-equipped and furnished

Lovely spacious villa. Extremely well-equipped and furnished. Very comfortable with a nice garden and pool (it was too cold to use unfortunately). Situated in a very quiet residential area with sea views. It was clean, well-maintained and we were made welcome.

It is rather tortuous to reach, being situated on a steep hillside so getting to the nearest supermarket was quite a climb on foot. It is unfortunate that one needs to drive everywhere. Santa Ursula itself is a dump and most unattractive and best avoided.

We did some lovely walks in the area, both along the coast and inland. We liked Puerto de la Cruz, which has good fish restaurants, although parking is a BIG problem.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Haus und die Kücheneinrichtung liesen kaum Wünsche offen. Nur folgende drei Dinge wären zu erwähnen: die versprochene Poolreinigung / Gartenpflege die einmal die Woche kommen sollte, ist in unseren 9 Tagen nicht einmal ausgeführt worden. Der Luftentfeuchter musste jeden Tag im unteren Stockwerk min. 12h angeschaltet werden, damit morgens die unteren Räume nicht klamm waren. Ein beheizter Pool wäre schön gewesen...

allgemeiner Hinweis: bei Spaziergängen im Wohngebiet nach Sonnenuntergang sollte die Taschenlampe nicht vergessen werden, da dieses Wohnviertel keinerlei Straßenlampen aufweist, vereinzelt gibt es aber Leuchten an den Auseingängen.

Résumé: gerne wieder.

Traumhaus auf Teneriffa

Wir haben zu viert zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Elena und Juan war super, Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig .

Ein wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil mit einem Paradiesgarten und einem sehr gepflegten Haus

Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich von Elena und Juan empfangen und mit einem tollen Obstkorb begrüßt. Die Betreuung durch die Beiden war perfekt und unsere Wünsche bezüglich Tickets für ein Konzert oder für die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn auf den Teide waren kein Problem. Der Blick vom Garten auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Die Küche des Hauses ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und läßt fast keine Wünsche offen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Elena und Juan und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
